complement of 300 project employees in the central office; Supervised the
ADB, WB, JICA, IFAD funded ODA projects of DAR-FAPsO; Directed and
managed the project development, design, monitoring and evaluation
functions of the office. Projects under DAR FASPO are rural infrastructure,
value-chain based agriculture and agro-enterprise development, enterprise
development and agro-enterprise organizing of smallholders; peace and
