2. Product overview
Environment-friendly drill pipe thread grease EST 022 is specialized on the drill
pipe threads. This product has the following features:
● Excellent high and low temperature property
For the drill pipe, the temperature range of the grease can be used between -30℃
and 200℃. In low temperature area, the grease can keep a good fluidity and be smeared
easily.
● Excellent lubricity effect
The grease can form a uniform and high strength oil film on the thread, so it can
reduce the frictional resistance among the threads. In view of its properties, the grease
has low torque.
● Excellent anti-fastening property
A variety of nano solid additives are added in the grease, so these additives have
the ability to avoid wear and fastening among the threads.
● Good sealing effect
In complex working conditions of water, sulfur, sand, stone, the grease can
provide comprehensive protection for drill pipe.
● Special cleaning performance
We can use alkaline detergent to clean the grease, such as alkaline water, soap,
washing powder, etc.
● Degradation property
We use non-toxic materials, containing a variety of biodegradable ingredients, so
most of the components of the grease can be degraded in the state of nature.

4. Instructions for use
① Before using the lubricating grease, the surface of the drill pipe thread need be
cleaned and dried, in order to avoid the thread surface with water, grease and foreign
matter.
② The grease should be smeared evenly on the surface of the internal and external
thread.
③ After removal of drill pipe, first of all, use alkaline detergent to clean the thread
surface, then use water to clean it.
Storage and the period of validity
① It is not permitted to put the grease in direct sunlight for a long time.
② After open the packing, the grease should be used as soon as possible, in order
to avoid the grease mixing with water, other grease and foreign matter.
③ For a long-term storage of grease, a small amount of oil separation is normal.
Before begin to use it, the grease should be stirred evenly by the clean metal stick.
④ Since the date of production, the original packing of the grease can be stored for
the period of validity with 36 months.
