The Client
Role description
• Quality and Compliance Manager for existing clients and new
contracts in the London and South East area
• Izak’s role encompasses tasks at site and account management
level
• These include the preparation of monthly reports, SLA’s and
presentations, as well as responding to and resolving budgetary,
invoicing, procurement and payroll queries
• He also provides direct support to all Security Managers to ensure consistency and
conformity of procedures. Izak ensures that accounts achieve targets and maintain all
legislative documentation in line with Wilson James policy
• Izak also fulfils wider divisional responsibilities including conducting internal site audits
across all account groups
Experience
Izak joined Wilson James in 2002 as Operational Support Manager Izak at a global corporate law
firm. The contract value was approximately 1.4 million and his role involved overseeing all Wilson
James and client invoicing, procurement, budgetary and payroll processes.
He was appointed Quality & Compliance Manager in early 2013.
