Intertek Certification Program is most closely represented by the Type 3 and 5 product certification system as
described in ISO/IEC 17067 or in ISO/IEC 17065.

To Whom It May Concern;
This letter is to supplement the product markings and information regarding ETL certified products shipped to
Colombia.
Esta carta es para complementar las marcas de productos y de información con respecto a la certificación ETL
productos enviados a Colombia.
Representative samples shown in the table below were investigated by Intertek according to the identified
standards. After each evaluation, testing and review, ETL certification and authorization to apply the ETL mark
on the products was granted on the dates indicated.
Las muestras representativas que se muestran en la tabla siguiente fueron investigadas por Intertek de acuerdo
con los estándares identificados. Después de cada evaluación, prueba y revisión, certificación ETL y
autorización para aplicar la marca ETL en los productos fue concedida en las fechas indicadas.
An initial inspection of the manufacturing process at the production site was completed prior to permitting the
manufacturer to use the ETL Mark. Only those products appearing in the ETL Online Certification Directory and
bearing the ETL Listing Mark should be considered as being covered by Intertek’s Listing and Follow-Up

Factory follow-up inspections were performed periodically following the initial inspection. Representative
samples of each model evaluated were found to be in compliance during follow-up inspection services in
accordance with our procedure. These products continue to fulfil the certification requirements and are
authorization to bear the ETL Listed Mark.
Inspecciones de seguimiento de fábrica se realizaron periódicamente después de la inspección inicial. No se
encontraron muestras representativas de cada modelo evaluado para cumplir durante los servicios de
inspección de seguimiento de acuerdo con nuestro procedimiento. Estos productos siguen cumpliendo la los
requisitos de certificación y son la autorización para llevar el ETL Marcos.
The products included on Appendix A of this letter have been submitted by Huizhou Faith Electric Manufacture
Co., Ltd. and investigated by Intertek showing Certification and conformance with the corresponding Standards
following ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines. After evaluation, testing and review, the products have become eligible to
be marked as ETL Certified.
Los productos incluidos en el Apéndice A de esta carta han sido presentadas por Huizhou Faith Electric
Manufacture Co., Ltd. e investigado por Intertek mostrando Certificación y conformidad con las normas
correspondientes siguiendo la norma ISO / IEC 17025 directrices. Después de la evaluación, pruebas y
revisiones, los productos se han convertido en elegible para ser marcada como ETL.
