3. Initial Process
Identity Verification On Boarding Wizard
1. Once applicants have completed their induction the
TikForce platform gets their user details;
2. Contractors are sent a welcome e-mail, inviting them to
register and complete their induction process;
3. The welcome e-mail contains their Tik.me user-name
and password;
4. This takes them through to the welcome screen, which
outlines what documentation they require to
successfully complete the process.

1. Imports Contactor Details from Employee Guard;
2. Contractors are asked to check and confirm their details;
- The accuracy of this data is important to verify the
identity of the individual.
3. Contractors are given the option to have their preferred
name printed on the ID card.

1. Contractors are asked to provide a contact number in
order that Tik.me support can contact them if required.
2. Date of birth and current residential address are
captured in order to effectively verify the contractor’s
identity against government records.
3. The option is available for the ID cards to be issued to
the provided residential address or a different postal
address, whichever is more convenient.

1. Contractors are asked to upload a form of photo ID.
- The ID is used to confirm their full name, date of birth
and residential address.
2. Driver licences are checked front and back to confirm
any changes to their address.
3. Uploaded documents are scanned for the presence of a
face. This image is matched with the passport photo
uploaded to go on the ID card.

4. Date of birth and current residential address are
captured in order to effectively verify the contractor’s
identity against government records.
5. Feedback is provide along with advice to ensure as
positive outcome as possible.

1. Contractors are asked to upload a passport style photo.
2. This photo is automatically face matched for likeness
with their ID document.
3. If a match is successful this photo will appear on their
MTM Third Party Contractor card.
4. The format and composition requirements for the photo
are clearly listed for the contractor on the screen.

1. Payment is collected.
2. Once all the information is captured the contractor can
exit the system.
3. Their identity is verified and if successful, the card is
sent to their postal address within 3 business days.
4. If verification is unsuccessful then Tik.me support will be
in touch with the contractor to explain what information
is required.
