isabella, Anna y Josephine have completed an excellent training in Fuerteventura. They have
completed a succesful training during the three week training period.
The three girls showed an excellent attitude and skills during the training even being the
youngest group we ever hosted in Education&Mobility. The showed high responsabilty,
adaptation and work maturity.
We would like to congratulate isabella, Anna y Josephine for the merit based internship done
in Fuerteventura.
Reports from all the hosting placements have been very possitive in both, profesional and
personal ways.
The students have intereacted very professionaly and in a very friendly way with the work
placment's work mates.

The tasks of the participant are to work and learn from the daily chores of a hotel
or event company. The student must actively participate in the cultural (and
sports) arrangements of the receiving organisation. The student must write a blog
or write about experiences, which is uploaded on the school's international
website. Finally, the students must evaluate the stay in the host country when
they return to Denmark.
The host organisation will organise the reception and accommodation of the

It is the foreign host organisation who has responsibility for carrying out the assessment and evaluation.

WHAT: The foreign work placement evaluates the student on the basis of the agreed Learning Agreement and
Learning Outcomes, which shows what the student is expected to work with and how the student has mastered
this, and what might be learned through practical instruction.
This can also be described in the Europass Mobility document issued to the student.
HOW: Assessment / Evaluation: The foreign work placement observes the student's behavior at work in for
safety, mechanical knowledge, discipline and ability and willingness to perform work under the instructions and
independently.
The assessment concludes with a conversation with the student, which prompted into these knowledge points,
possibly involved employees who have worked together with the student.
The company's rating is based on the following method/scale:
A * = Excellent C * = Unsatisfactory
B * = Sufficient D * = Not acceptable
1 * = independent
2 * = supervised
The student mastered the task and choose the right method for the performance
The student is working under supervision and with the given instruction

QUALITY COMMITMENT
I Obligations of the Sending Organization
• Choose the appropriate target countries and host countrypartners, project durations and placement
content to achieve the desired learning objectives.
• Select the participating trainees or teachers and other professionals by setting up clearly defined and
transparent selection criteria.
• Define the envisaged learning outcomes of the mobilityperiod in terms of knowledge, skills and
competences to be developed.
• If you send learners or teachers and other professionals who face barriers to mobility, special
arrangements for those individuals must be made (eg those with special leaming needs or those with
physical disabilities).
• Prepare participants in collaboration with partner organisations for the practical, professional and
cultural life of the host country, in particular through language training tailored to meet their occupational
needs.
• Manage the practical elements around the mobility, taking care of the organisation of travel,
accommodation, necessary insurances, safety and protection, visa applications, social security,
mentoring and support, preparatory visits on-site etc.
• Establish the Learning Agreement with the participant trainee or teacher and the host organisation to
make the intended learning outcomes transparent for all parties involved.
• Establish assessment procedures together with the host organization to ensure the validation and
recognition of the knowledge, skills and competences acquired.
• Establish Memoranda of Understanding between the competent bodies if you use ECVET for the
mobility.
• Establish appropriate communication channels to be put in place during the duration of the mobility and
make these clear to participant and the host organization.
• Establish a system of monitoring the mobility project during its duration.
• When necessary for special learning needs or physical disabilities, use accompanying persons during
the stay in the host country, taking care of practical arrangements.
• Arrange and document together with the host organization, the assessment of the learning outcomes,
picking up on the informal and non-formal learning where possible. Recognize learning outcomes
which were not originally planned but still achieved during the mobility.
• Evaluate with each participant their personal andprofessional development following the period abroad.

• Disseminate the results of the mobility projects as widely as possible.

• Provide practical support if required including a clear contact point for trainees that face
difficulties.
