Yukerja is created to address unemployment problem in Indonesia especially young
generation that occupies more than 65% of unemployment here.
We have created a job seeker persona and diagnosed the problem from within this persona.
We discovered 3 fundamental problems that need to be addressed: low morale,
lack of information and lack of competency. Many of online solution only
address lack of information, by providing job vacancy and employer information.
Unfortunately, this is not good enough. There are virtually thousands of other
