This document outlines the official rules for the Van Heusen '#GiveAShirt' Sweepstakes. Entrants can enter by posting on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook with the hashtag #GiveAShirt and tagging a friend between November 3, 2014 and January 4, 2015. There will be 63 daily bonus prize drawings and one grand prize drawing. Daily winners will be randomly selected and notified, and must confirm eligibility to receive their prize. The grand prize winner will also be randomly selected and notified, and must confirm eligibility to receive the grand prize. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any inappropriate entries.

OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES
OF WINNING. THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID IN THE UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF
COLUMBIA (D.C.) (EXCEPT VOID IN ALASKA AND HAWAII) ONLY AND IS OPEN ONLY TO QUALIFIED
PERSONS (AS DEFINED IN THE OFFICIAL RULES BELOW). VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER
PROHIBITED. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT FALL WITHIN THE
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AS SET FORTH BELOW.
SWEEPSTAKES NAME: Van Heusen ‘#GiveAShirt’ Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).
SWEEPSTAKES DATES: Sweepstakes registration is scheduled to begin at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (ET) on
November 3, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (ET) on January 4, 2015 (the “Registration Period”). The Sweepstakes
consists of a total of sixty-three (63) daily bonus prize drawings and one (1) grand prize drawing. Entries for daily bonus
prize drawings must be received by 11:59:59 pm each day during the Registration Period to be eligible for that day’s daily
bonus prize drawing. The laws of the United States apply to and govern this Sweepstakes and any claim must be raised
and resolved in the United States. Void outside the contiguous 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and D.C.,
and where prohibited or restricted by law.
ELIGIBILITY – WHO MAY ENTER: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (except residents
of Alaska or Hawaii) and District of Columbia, who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver’s
license or government issued photo ID, except the following persons who are not eligible to enter or win:
Employees, officers, and directors of PVH Corp. (“Sponsor”), the New York Football Giants, Giants Stadium LLC, the
New Meadowlands Stadium, NFL Entities (as defined below), Million Dollar Media, LLC (the “Sweepstakes
Administrator”), each of their respective franchisees, parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, printers,
advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this
Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households, whether or not
related, of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this promotion, parents (including in-laws),
grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step-grand
children) and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.
HOW TO ENTER – There are three ways to enter (#GiveAShirt):
You must be an active holder of a Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account to be eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.
1. Twitter Entry: To enter via Twitter, access the Twitter application on your computer or mobile device. From your
own Twitter account, during the Registration Period, post an original tweet by @tagging a friend that you
#GiveAShirt about and ask them who they #GiveAShirt about, e.g., “I #GiveAShirt about @johnsmith. Who do you
@johnsmith #GiveAShirt about?”

i. You must use the hashtag #GiveAShirt
ii. You must @tag a friend
iii. Your Twitter account must be public and not in “protected mode”
b. Optional:
i. Post a photo or video of yourself catching then passing a shirt to a friend.
ii. Include “@VanHeusen” in your tweet so that your tweet will appear in the Sponsor’s Mentions
during the Registration Period.
iii. Follow the Sponsor’s Twitter account @VanHeusen, so that Sponsor may contact you regarding
your entry via direct message.
c. Eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for submitting an eligible original tweet
during the Registration Period. Entrants will not receive an entry for a re-tweet. Any entrant found to
be participating through the use of multiple accounts will be disqualified. If you do not have a Twitter
account, you may establish a Twitter account for free, by visiting www.twitter.com, and following the
provided instructions. Twitter’s Terms of Use apply. For details, visit https://twitter.com/tos. During the
Registration Period, your tweet will appear under the hashtag #GiveaShirt, and may also be posted on the
Sponsor’s twitter account @VanHeusen. If you enter the Sweepstakes using a mobile device on a wireless
service provider’s network (as opposed to a Wi-Fi network), your carrier’s text and data rates will apply.
You should consult your wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any and all
charges applied by your wireless carrier. You may tweet via your computer for free.
2. Instagram Entry: To enter via Instagram, access the Instagram application on your compatible mobile device.
From your own Instagram account, during the Registration Period, post an original image by @tagging a friend that
you #GiveAShirt about and ask them who they #GiveAShirt about.

iii. Your Instagram account must be public and not in “private mode”
b. Optional:
i. Post a photo or video of yourself catching then passing a shirt to a friend.
ii. Include “@VanHeusenStyle” in your post.
iii. Follow the Sponsor’s Instagram account @VanHeusenStyle, so that Sponsor may contact you
regarding your entry via direct message.
c. By entering via this method, each entrant agrees that his/her submitted photo may be viewed by the public.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any photo at any time that is not compliant with these Official
Rules. Instagram submissions must also adhere to the Instagram terms of use as set forth on the
Instagram website at: http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/.
3. Facebook Entry: To enter via Facebook, access the Facebook application on your computer or mobile device.
From your own Facebook account, during the Registration Period, post a status update by @tagging a friend that
you #GiveAShirt about and ask them who they #GiveAShirt about. Or you may post a comment on the Van Heusen
Facebook page timeline located at http://facebook.com/VanHeusen.
a. Required for Entry:
i. You must use the hashtag #GiveAShirt
ii. You must @tag a friend
iii. You must select “Public” from the “Who should see this?” drop down on the status update form.
b. Optional:
i. Post a photo or video of yourself catching then passing a shirt to a friend.
ii. Include “@VanHeusen” in your status update.
iii. Like the Sponsor’s Facebook page so that Sponsor may contact you regarding your entry via
Facebook message.
All entries must conform to the submission requirements as outlined in these Official Rules, must be fully complete with all
required information, and must be posted or tweeted with the hashtag #GiveAShirt by 11:59:59pm ET on 1/4/2015 to be
eligible for the grand prize drawing. Limit one entry per person during the Registration Period regardless of method
of entry. Each eligible non-winning entry will be included in any subsequent daily prize drawings and all eligible entries
(winning and non-winning) will be included in the grand prize drawing.
Any entry submitted with incomplete information or other inaccurate or incorrect information will be disqualified. Released
Parties are not responsible for and disclaim all liability related to lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, illegible, incomplete,
invalid, unintelligible, or damaged entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these
Official Rules, or for any entry not submitted or received due to any technical or mechanical difficulty, error or failure, upload
failures, human error, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information,
failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects of any phone or cellular phone provider, network computer online
systems, computer equipment, servers, or software, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s
computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; or the failure to capture any such information or
effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer, phone line or cellular transmissions and/or network
connections; all of which will be disqualified.
Each entrant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry completed and submitted on behalf of another
individual or using another person’s name, or Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account; or use of any unauthorized photo
submissions or other unauthorized content of any kind, will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Multiple
entrants are not permitted to share the same Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain
more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, or any other methods will void all of
that entrant’s entries, and that entrant will be disqualified. No mechanically produced or automated entries permitted. Use
of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be
deemed void. False and/or deceptive entries or acts, including misrepresentation of age, shall render such entries
ineligible.
Any other individuals included in a photo submission (Instagram method of entry), must provide entrant with express
consent and permission for their images to be included and submitted in the Sweepstakes, and such entrant is solely
responsible for obtaining all such authorizations or approvals. The individual who completed the Instagram entry or who
submitted the photo shall be designated as the official entrant participating in the Sweepstakes, regardless of any other
individuals included in the photo, and shall be the only individual eligible for any resulting prize award (see below).
In the event of a dispute as to any entry or the ownership of any account, the authorized account holder of the account will
be deemed to be the entrant, and s/he must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is
the natural person assigned the account by Twitter, Instagram or Facebook. A potential winner may be required to show

3. proof of being the authorized account holder. By entering, each entrant warrants and represents the following with respect
to his/her Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account: (a) the entrant is the sole and exclusive owner of the account and (b) the
information is the entrant’s own and will not infringe on any rights of any third parties.
IMPORTANT: By submitting an entry, entrants agree that Sponsor may send information about the Sweepstakes,
future contests, promotions and special sales offers or coupons to the entrant via mail, email, text messages or
any form of electronic media or advertising. Entrants may opt out of future email or text messages at any time,
without affecting their entry. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Collection and use
of information collected in the Sweepstakes will be in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as posted on
http://www.pvh.com/privacy.html. Entrants further acknowledge that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed,
or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. By entering, you are providing information to
Sponsor, and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
By registering and submitting an entry, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Rules. By
entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that s/he may be contacted, recorded and/or broadcasted by Sponsor, and
that his/her submission may be used, promoted, released, broadcasted or published by Sponsor in any manner related to
the promotion or advertising of the Sweepstakes.
NOTE – Van Heusen Give a Shirt Donation Pledge: For each eligible post with the hashtag #GiveAShirt received from
unique entrants (as solely determined by Sponsor) during the Registration Period up to a maximum of the first 10,000
eligible hashtag posts, Sponsor shall donate one Van Heusen shirt (or other merchandise item at the sole discretion of
Sponsor) to Career Gear (or other designated 501c3 charity organization).
Submission Requirements (Tweets, Instagram Photos or Facebook Posts): Sponsor reserves the right in its sole
discretion, to disqualify any entry for any reason that it considers to not be appropriate. Restrictions include but are not
limited to:
• Each entry must be submitted in a format accepted by the applicable social media platform (e.g.,

Facebook, Instagram or Twitter);
• no sexually explicit, inappropriate, or indecent content or images;
• no unauthorized content or plagiarism of any kind;
• no third party proprietary materials (including any third party trademarks), copyright images or items, or any
other intellectual property owned by a third party;
• no content that may be considered harmful to minors in any way;
• no content that contains any political or politically themed or motivated messages, statements, or images;
• no content that would disparage Sponsor or any other person or party, or that would be considered
defamatory;
• no content that describes or depicts or may be considered unlawful, harmful, threatening, violent, abusive,
harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy,
hateful, or racially, religiously, ethnically or otherwise objectionable in any manner as solely determined by
Sponsor; and
• no images of any individuals under 18 years of age (Instagram photo submission).
Representation and Release of Rights to Submission Content: By submitting any entry, each entrant represents that
s/he is the sole and exclusive owner of all content or photo images submitted; has full permission of all parties to publish
and release the content or their images; and agrees that Sponsor may publish, display, promote, or utilize the submission
(including all related content and/or photo) in any manner of its choosing in relation to the promotion or advertising of the
Sweepstakes or Sponsor generally. Entry into the Sweepstakes and upload of any content or photo, constitutes permission
for the Sponsor and its designees to use that entrant’s content or photo, including the entrant’s name, city and state of
residence and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide in
perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
DAILY BONUS PRIZE WINNERS (63 Total Winners Selected): Beginning on or about November 4, 2014 through
January 5, 2015, random Drawings shall be conducted on weekdays (Monday – Friday) from among all eligible entries
received from all entry methods combined as of the date and time of each Daily Bonus Prize Winner Drawing (see daily
bonus prize description below) to select a total of 63 daily bonus prize winners during the entire Sweepstakes Registration
Period (approximately one per day during the Registration Period). Odds of being selected as a potential daily bonus prize
winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received as of the date and time of each Daily Bonus Prize
Winner Drawing.

4. Maximum of one daily bonus prize award per person or household during entire Registration Period. Each selected
potential daily bonus prize winner will be notified by phone, email, and/or via direct message/comment on the entrant’s
Facebook, Twitter or Instagram post or account, depending on what entry method was used, following the potential winner
selection. If the Sweepstakes Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to directly contact the selected potential daily
bonus prize winner within 48-hours of the initial notification attempt, then that entrant may be disqualified, and at Sponsor’s
sole discretion, an alternate potential daily bonus prize winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible
entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting).
During the daily bonus prize winner notification process, the potential daily bonus prize winner must confirm his/her
eligibility, and provide his/her complete mailing address per the provided notification instructions. If a selected entrant does
not meet the eligibility requirements, or elects to decline the prize, s/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and
time permitting, an alternate potential daily bonus prize winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible
entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above. Any disqualified entrant will not receive any alternate prize
substitution or compensation.
GRAND PRIZE WINNER: On or about January 8, 2015 a random drawing shall be conducted from among all eligible
entries received during the Registration Period from all entry methods combined to select a total of one (1) potential grand
prize winner (see grand prize description below). Odds of being selected as a potential grand prize winner are dependent
upon the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected potential grand prize winner will be notified initially by phone, email, and/or via direct message/comment on
the entrants Facebook, Twitter or Instagram post or account, depending on the method of entry, beginning on or about
January 9, 2015. If the Sweepstakes Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to directly contact the selected potential
prize winner within 48-hours of the initial notification attempt, then that entrant may be disqualified, and at Sponsor’s sole
discretion, an alternate potential grand prize winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries
and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting).
During the potential grand prize winner notification, the potential grand prize winner must confirm his/her eligibility. If the
selected potential grand prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules, is unable to
travel during the specified travel dates, or elects to decline the prize, s/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion
and time permitting, an alternate potential grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible
entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above. Any disqualified potential prize winner will not receive any
alternate prize substitution or compensation.
All of the following will apply to the potential grand prize winner: 1) potential grand prize winner will be required to complete
and return, within 3 days of date of receipt, a prize acceptance form, an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability/publicity release
(where permitted) which must include the name of his/her travel guest and be signed by the travel guest; and a W-9 form;
2) grand prize winner will be required to present a copy of a valid driver’s license or government issued ID for the grand
prize winner and his/her guest as a condition of receiving the grand prize; and 3) grand prize winner will be responsible for
paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) on all prizes awarded, and will
receive a 1099 form for the value of the grand prize. Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these
Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the grand prize. If forfeited for any reason, grand prize winner will not receive any
other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except
as provided herein.
DAILY BONUS PRIZE - Maximum of (63) daily bonus prize awards: Each daily bonus prize winner will receive: a Van
Heusen shirt, with a maximum retail value not to exceed $45.00 each. Each style and color of shirt is at the sole discretion
of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternate Van Heusen merchandise with an equal or greater value at
its sole discretion. Each daily bonus prize winner shall receive shipment of his/her daily bonus prize award to the address
provided during the winner notification process outlined above, or must accept delivery of prize award as otherwise
specified by Sponsor. Please allow 8 – 12 weeks for delivery. Prize award has no cash value, and may not be exchanged
or redeemed for any other prize or compensation.
GRAND PRIZE - Maximum of (1) grand prize award (New York Football Experience): The grand prize winner will
receive a ‘New York Football Experience,’ during the designated travel dates as solely determined and announced by
Sponsor, consisting of the items as outlined below:
• Round trip coach class airfare for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) from the major airport nearest to the winner’s
home to a designated airport servicing the New York, NY metro area (LGA, JFK or EWR). Actual airport,
departure/return date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor;
• Two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a Sponsor designated hotel in the New York,

NY metro area, based upon availability;
• Airport/Hotel transfers;

5. • Winner and one guest will be invited to attend a Sponsor designated professional football regular season game in
the New York area during travel; game date shall fall between September – December 2015, or other dates as
solely determined and specified by Sponsor;
• Autographed merchandise from current or former professional football players, as solely determined by Sponsor;
• One (1) $500 Van Heusen gift card.
Sponsor reserves the right to alter or substitute any element of the scheduled grand prize award, if any portion of the grand
prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including rescheduling or scheduling conflicts of any kind.
Maximum retail value of grand prize award not to exceed $2,950, but will be determined based upon the departure
location and airfare.
Certain travel restrictions and black-out dates may apply. Released Parties are not responsible for any travel delays or
travel difficulty, lost, stolen or damaged baggage, or for any cancellation of any of the scheduled activities or events. If
travel delays or difficulty prevent arrival in time for any or all elements of trip, Sponsor is not responsible for awarding any
compensation in lieu thereof. If the designated professional football game is canceled, postponed or delayed for any reason
after the trip is booked, the balance of the grand prize trip will be awarded in full satisfaction of the grand prize. Each winner
and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Any changes to completed travel arrangements, once
booked, are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner, and are solely at the grand prize winner’s expense. Actual
retail value of the trip will depend on point of departure and any airfare fluctuations.
Grand prize winner’s travel guest must be at least 18 years of age, and will be required to execute and return a
liability/publicity release prior to prize award. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat
locations, if any, will be as solely determined by Sponsor. Winner and travel guest must comply with all venue rules and
regulations. All meals, gratuities, baggage fees, hotel resort fees, applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local,
state and federal taxes) and any other expenses not specified herein as being included in the grand prize are the sole
responsibility of the grand prize winner.
Grand prize winner must accept prize delivery as instructed by Sponsor.
All prize awards are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole
discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole
discretion, or to award the cash value of the grand prize based upon any travel difficulties, delays or issues with travel
availability.
Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the
Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all matters
relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event an entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these Official Rules
s/he will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is
discovered after winner has used the prize.
By participating, entrants agree to hold all Released Parties, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter harmless from any claims,
losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to
death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the
acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to
travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor.
Released Parties shall not be liable to winner, winner’s guest or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part
thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment
failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage,
transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ sole control.
Entrants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment, phone equipment, Internet access and cellular
networks. Sponsor disclaims all liability for the inability of an entrant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment
malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, any other acts beyond the Sponsor’s control, or otherwise. Sponsor
disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express,
electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind,
whether computer, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or which may occur in connection with
the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this
Sweepstakes, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, the cancellation of the Sweepstakes, the processing of
entries or in the announcement of the prizes or prize winners. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify
any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes website.

6. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy
or threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes, in the opinion of the Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator, or if a
computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes
as determined by Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of early termination of
the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to select the potential grand prize winner in a random drawing from among all
eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination.
IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action
arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to
any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the City and State of
New York; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including
costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, and in no event will entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other
legal costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all
rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket
expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning
the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and
Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State
of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New
York or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New
York.
