NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENTOF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WINTHIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE
WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.THIS PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES
ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE
UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENT OF 50 UNITED STATES AND D.C. 18 YEARS
OF AGEOR OLDER WHO ENTER FROM WITHINTHE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.Internet

DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES: The “Fight Glove” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 10:30:00 am Eastern
Time ("ET") on April 29, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on May 1, 2015 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries
received prior to or after the Sweepstakes will not be eligible.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open onlyto legal residentsof the fifty (50) United States (including the District of
Columbia) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees and their
immediate familymembers(parents,children, siblingsorspouse,regardlessof where theylive,orpersonsliving
in same household,whetherrelatedornot) of COMCAST CORPORATION (the “Sponsor”),theirsubsidiaries,and
each of their respective parent companies,franchisees,affiliates,contractors, consultants, legal counsel, public
relations, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, website providers, webmasters, advertising
and promotional,fulfillment,andmarketingagencies,andany othersengagedin the development,production,
execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to, MSLGroup (the “Independent
Administrator”) (collectively herein the “Sweepstakes Entities”), are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is
void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions outside of the 50 United States, and where restricted or
prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: Entrants must have a public Twitter account or create a new free account on Twitter.com and
must follow the @Tysofast handle. Twitter accounts are subject to the Twitter Terms of Service, available at
https://twitter.com/tos.Toenterthe Sweepstakes,duringthe Sweepstakesperiod,take anoriginal photoof you
and a friend doing a pre-fight staredown, upload the photo to your photo to your Twitter account using the
hashtags#May2FightSweeps and#SweepsEntry toreceive one (1) entryintothe Sweepstakes. Photoswill notbe
judged. Limit:One (1) entryperperson/Twitteraccount/handleduringthe entire SweepstakesPeriod. The use of
any agenciesor automatedsoftware tosubmitentrieswill voidall entriessubmittedbythat Entrant. Entriesnot
incompliance withtheseOfficialRulesmaybe disqualified,inSponsor’ssole discretion. Entriesthatdonotinclude
“#SweepsEntry”and/orotherspecifiedhashtagswill be void.Descriptionmaynotcontainanycontentotherthan
the descriptionindicatedabove,or Entrantmaybe disqualified,inSponsor’ssole discretion.Entriesmustcontain
all informationrequestedandcomplywithall Contentsubmissionrequirementssetforthhereintobe valid. Those
whodo not followall of the instructions,provide the requiredinformationintheir submission,orabide bythese
Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Each Entrant must be able to provide legal
release for use of the likenessesofthird parties in his/herContent (as definedbelow),includingSponsor’suse
of such Content,ina form satisfactory to Sponsor,upon request,prior to award ofprize (ifany) and/or naming
of Entrant as a winner.
Shouldmultipleusersof the sameTwitteraccountenterthe Sweepstakesandadispute thereafterariseregarding
the identityof theEntrant, entry will be deemedtohave been submittedbytheauthorizedTwitteraccountholder
associated with the Tweet. The authorizedaccount holder is definedas the natural person who is assigned to a
username by Twitter Inc. (or other organization responsible for assigning such accounts). You must enter using
only a Twitter account registered in your name. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with
proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Twitter Account associated with the winning entry.
Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void.

2. Participants may not create or enter with multiple Twitter accounts. Any Entrant who attempts to enter with
multiple Twitteraccountsorundermultipleidentitieswill be disqualifiedandforfeitsprizewon,inSponsor'ssole
discretion.
Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any online entry that is lost, late, misdirectedor
undeliverable,whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operationsor
transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions,
entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network
connections,failed,incomplete orgarbledcomputeror telephone transmissions,typographical orsystemerrors
and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise (including, but not limited to, human
error). No mechanicallyor programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. Late entries, or entries sent via
any othermethodwill notbe accepted. Sponsoris notresponsibleforlost,late,illegible,incomplete, inaccurate,
delayed, misdirected entriesand all such entries are void. Sponsor has no obligationto acknowledge receipt of
or to return any entry received.
CONTENT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: As used herein, “Content” includes and refers to all information,
content, and material submitted by you in connection with the Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to the
tweet, photograph, images, hashtags, descriptions, and tags).
By submitting your Content, you warrant and represent that such Content: (a) is your original work, (b) has not
beenpreviouslypublished,(c) hasnot won previousawards,(d) hasnot beencopiedfrom otherworks,(e) does
not infringe upon the rights of any person or entity (including such individual’s and/or entity’s copyrights,
trademarks rights, rights of privacy or publicity, or any other intellectual property), (f) that you have obtained
permission from a person whose name and likeness is used in the Content, and (g) and that publicationof the
ContentviavariousmediaincludingWebposting,willnotinfringeonthe rightsof anythirdparty.Anysuch Entrant
will indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties (as defined herein) from any claims to the contrary. The
Contentsubmittedshall be 100%ownedandcontrolledbythe Entrant.The Contentshallbe free andclearof any
claims by any person whose ideas are embodied in the Content,or any person rendering services in connection
withthe Content.The Contentshall notcontainanymaterials ownedorcontrolledbyathirdparty forwhichyou
have not obtainedalicense.The Sponsorreservesthe righttoremove or voidanyContentthat it deemstobe in
violation of these Official Rules, in its sole and absolute discretion.
By submitting Content, you agree that your Content disclosure is gratuitous, unsolicited, and made without
restriction, will not place the Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entities under any fiduciary or other obligation, that the
Sponsor is free to use and otherwise disclose the ideas contained in the Content on a non-confidential basis to
anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you. You acknowledge that, by
acceptance of yourContent,the Sponsorandthe SponsorEntitiesdonotwaiveanyrightstouse similarorrelated
ideas previouslyknown to Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entities, or developedby their employees,or obtainedfrom
sources other than you.
BY SUBMITTING ANY CONTENT, ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER CONTENT MAY BE POSTED ON
SPONSOR’S WEBSITE, OR ELSEWHERE ON THE INTERNET AS AUTHORIZED BY SPONSOR, IN SPONSOR’S
DISCRETION. In consideration for your participation in this Sweepstakes and for the opportunity to win a prize
hereunder, you hereby grant the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Entities, and anyone authorized on their behalf,an
unlimited, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-restrictive, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple
tiers) rightand license touse,publish,reproduce,display,perform, adapt,modify,distribute,publicallyperform,
transmit,have distributed,prepare derivative worksof,andpromote suchContentinany form, in all medianow
knownor hereinaftercreated,anywhere inthe world,foranypurpose andwithoutconsiderationtothe Entrant.
All Contentsubmittedmustconfirmtothe additional submissionrequirementssetforthasfollowstobe eligible:

requirements set forth above and as posted on the Sponsor website and Twitter’s website;
 Contentcannotbe sexuallyexplicitorsuggestive,unnecessarilyviolentorderogatoryof anyethnic,racial,
gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any materially
dangerous activity;
 Content cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the
foregoing), and cannot promote or portray any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any
particular political agenda or message;
 Content cannot be offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group;
 Content cannot defame, misrepresent, or contain disparaging, libelous, or misleading remarks,
comments,ormaterial aboutthe Sponsor,the Station,eitherof theirrespectiveproductsand/orservices,
or about any other people, products, or companies;
 Contentcannotinfringe onorviolate anycopyright,patent,trademark,trade secret,rightof publicity,or
other intellectual property, proprietary, or contractual right of a third party and cannot contain any
personal identification such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses, or street
addresses, other than Entrant’s without permission;
 Contentcannot containtrademarks,logos,or trade dressownedbyothers,or advertise orpromote any
brand or product of any kind, without permission;
 Content cannot contain copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures,
paintings,andotherworksofart orimagespublishedonorinwebsites,television,movies,orothermedia)
withoutpermission(Sponsordoesnotpermitthe infringementof others’rightsandany use of materials
notoriginal tothe Entrant,exceptcopyrightedmaterialsownedby Sponsor,isgroundsfordisqualification
fromthe Sweepstakes.Therefore,donotcopyyourfavorite photoorinclude materials,images,graphics,
or trademarks belonging to any third parties or incorporate the names, voices, likeness, or personas of
any party otherthan yourself unlessyouhave obtainedall rightsnecessarytopermityouto use same in
connection with your Content and grant the rights herein granted to Sponsor.);
 Contentshall notincludeanybackgroundartwork,unlessitisanoriginalworkof the Entrant(anyartwork,
murals,etc.,thatcan be seeninthe Contentmustbe createdsolelybythe EntrantorEntrantmustbe the
sole owner of all copyright interests therein);
 Contentcannotbe abusive orharassingtowardsanyindividualorgroupof individualsregardingrace,sex,
religion, creed, national origin, age, disability, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or any
legally protected classification (which includes, but is not limited to, epithets or slurs, threats,
intimidations, or hostile acts);
 Content cannot contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia
identifying any person, living or dead, without permission;
 Content cannot communicate any messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or
goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate;
 Content cannot depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any law; and
 Contentmustbe sociallyacceptableandingoodtaste,asdeterminedbythe Sponsorinthe Sponsor’ssole
discretion.
ALL DECISIONS REGARDING THE APPROPRIATENESS OF THE MATERIALS CONTAINED IN THE CONTENT SHALL BE
AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR. Any waiver of any obligation hereunder by Sponsor does not
constitute a general waiver of any obligation to Entrants. Sponsor reserves the right to waive the Sweepstakes
Content requirements set forth herein in its reasonable discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable
discretion,duringoruponcompletionof the EntryPeriod,torequestthatany EntrantresubmithisorherContent
which fails to comply with the Content requirements prior to any drawing. CONSUMER-CREATED CONTENT
POSTED TO THE WEBSITE WAS NOT EDITED BY SPONSOR AND IS THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL
ENTRANT AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OF SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER.

4. By acceptingaprize,the winner(s)agreesthathisorherContentwillbe deemedaWorkMade For Hire underthe
Copyright laws of the United States, but if it cannot be so deemed, then the winner irrevocably assigns and
transfersto Sponsorall of his/herright,title,andinterestinand to his/herContent,includingall butnot limited
to all copyrightand trademarkrights whichhe or she may have,inthe UnitedStatesand worldwide,therein,for
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged. Winner hereby waives in favor of
Sponsor, all rights of “Droit Moral” or “Moral Rights of Authors” or any similar rights or principles of law that
winnermaynoworlaterhave totheirContent. Sponsorreservesthe righttoalter,change,ormodifythe winning
Content, in its sole discretion. Upon request of Sponsor, winner shall execute and deliver such additional
instrumentof assignment,asmaybe solelydeemedby Sponsor,reasonablynecessarytoestablishthe ownership
of record of the right,title,andinterestinandtothe Contentandof the copyrightstransferredand“Moral Rights
of Authors”waivedunderthese Official Rules.Should Sponsorfail torequestthe saidassignmentasstated,that
shall not be deemed a waiver of Sponsor’s rights and Sponsor may at a later time request the assignment
Submission of Content grants Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities the rightto publish,use,adapt,edit and/or modify such
Content in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration to the Entrant. Submission of any
Content further constitutes the Entrant’s consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to the Sponsor any all rights, title and
interest in the entry, including,without limitation,all copyrights. Upon release, any person featured in Content must sign a
release prior to awarding of any prize.
DRAWING:On or aboutMay 8, 2015, a Grand Prize Winner(definedbelow) will be selectedinarandomdrawing
conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, which drawing shall be
conducted by the Independent Administrator, whose decisions are based on their sole discretion and
interpretationof these Official Rules,andare final and bindinginall respects. Oddsof winningdependuponthe
total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZES:
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive autographedsports memorabilia. Total Approximate Retail
Value (“ARV”) of the GrandPrize is $149.99. ARV isas of date of printingof these OfficialRules. The differencein
value of prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Notransferor substitutionof the GrandPrize isallowedexceptatthe sole discretionof the
Sponsor. Grand Prize winnerisrequiredtocomplywithanyand all applicable federal,state andlocal laws,rules
and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes
unavailable due toreasonsbeyondthe control of the Sponsor. Sponsorwill not replace any lostor stolenprize.
Winner acknowledges that Sweepstakes Entities have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for
any warranty, representation, or guarantee,express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including
but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties
and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and winner
agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
NOTIFICATION/PRIZE CLAIMS:Winnernotificationwill be sent privately from@TysofasttoGrandPrize Winner’s
Twitter account within five (5) business days of the drawing date. Winner is subject to verification,including
verificationof age. GrandPrizeWinnerwill needtorespondwithallrequestedinformationwithinfive(5) business
daysof the date inwhichthe notificationwassent. If apotential GrandPrize Winnercannotbe contactedordoes
not respondwithinfive (5) businessdaysof the firstnotificationattempt,suchpotential GrandPrize Winnermay
be disqualified and another potential Grand Prize Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes,Entrants agree to be bound by these
Official Rulesandthe decisionsof the IndependentAdministrator,whichare final inall respectsand not subject
to appeal. Sponsorreservesthe righttodisqualifypermanentlyfromthisSweepstakesanyEntrantitbelieveshas
violated these Official Rules and verify eligibility of Entrants. By participating in this Sweepstakes,Entrants and
winner (or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) agree (and agree to confirm in writing) to release

damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way, (c) are obtained where
prohibited, or (d) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Entrants assume all risk of
loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Sweepstakes materials submitted to Sponsor. Sponsor may
prohibitanEntrantfromparticipatinginthe Sweepstakesorwinningaprize if,initssole discretion,itdetermines
thatsaidEntrantisattemptingtounderminethe legitimate operationof the Sweepstakesbycheating,deception,
or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy,
abuse,threatenor harass any otherEntrants, and Sponsor. If for any reason thisSweepstakesisnotable to be
conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorizedintervention,fraudoranyothercausesbeyondthe reasonablecontrol of Sponsorwhichcorruptor
affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor
reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspendthe Sweepstakesand randomly
draw from those entriesreceivedupto the cancellation/suspensiondate toaward the prizes. Sponsorreserves
the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant (and his or her Entries) who tampers with the entry
process. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE
SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OFCRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWSAND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE,
SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY
SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. As a condition of
entering, Entrants(or theirparentor legal guardianif an eligible minor) agree (andagree to confirmin writing):
(a) undernocircumstanceswillEntrantbe permittedtoobtainawardsfor,andparticipantherebywaivesall rights
to claim,punitive,incidental,consequential,oranyotherdamages,otherthanforactual out-of-pocketexpenses;
(b) all causesof action arising outof or connectedwiththisSweepstakes,oranyprize awarded,shall be resolved
individually,withoutresorttoany formof class action;and (c) any and all claims,judgments,andawardshall be
limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.
BINDING ARBITRATION: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be settled
by bindingarbitrationina locationdeterminedbythe arbitrator as set forthherein(providedthatsuch location
is reasonablyconvenientforclaimant),orat such otherlocationas maybe mutuallyagreeduponbythe parties,
inaccordance withthe procedural rulesforcommercialdisputessetforthinthe Comprehensive ArbitrationRules
and Proceduresof JAMS(“JAMSRulesandProcedures”) thenprevailing,andjudgmentuponthe awardrendered
by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall be selected
pursuant to the JAMS Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator shall apply Georgia law consistent withthe Federal

6. ArbitrationActandapplicable statutesof limitations,andshall honorclaimsof privilege recognizedatlaw.Inthe
eventthatthe claimantisable todemonstrate thatthe costsof arbitrationwill be prohibitive ascomparedtothe
costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of the claimant’s filing and hearing fees in connection with the
arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive. If any part
of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid,unenforceable or illegal (other than that claims will not be
arbitratedona classor representativebasis),orotherwise conflictswiththe rulesandproceduresestablishedby
JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remainin effect and shall be construed in accordance
with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If,
however, the portion that is deemed invalid, unenforceable or illegal is that claims will not be arbitrated on a
class or representative basis, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither
claimantnor Sponsorshall be entitledtoarbitrate theirdispute.Uponfilingademandfor arbitration,all parties
to such arbitration shall have the right of discovery, which discovery shall be completed within sixty days after
the demand for arbitration is made, unless further extended by mutual agreement of the parties. THE
ARBITRATION OFDISPUTESPURSUANT TO THISPARAGRAPHSHALLBE IN THE ENTRANT’SINDIVIDUALCAPACITY,
ANDNOT ASA PLAINTIFFORCLASSMEMBER IN ANYPURPORTED CLASSOR REPRESENTATIVEPROCEEDING.THE
ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN THE CLAIMS OF OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES WHO MAY BE
SIMILARLY SITUATED. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO HAVE ANY CLAIM OR
CONTROVERSY ARBITRATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION:The SweepstakesanditsOfficialRulesare governedbyUSlaw andare
subjecttoall applicable federal,state andlocal lawsandregulations.All issuesandquestionsconcerningthe
construction,validity,interpretationandenforceabilityof the Sweepstakes’ Official Rules,orthe rightsand
obligationsof EntrantandSponsorinconnectionwiththe Sweepstakes,shall be governedby,andconstruedin
accordance with,the lawsof the State of Georgia,U.S.A.,withoutgivingeffecttothe conflictof lawsrules
thereof,andanymattersor proceedings whichare notsubjecttoarbitrationasset forth above and/orfor
