This training is based on the regulations of the US DOT regarding the safe and legal transportation of
materials designated as hazardous. Successful completion includes attaining a passing grade on the final
proficiency test.
This training is designed to provide training required by 49 CFR 173.6(c)(4) for personnel who transport
small quantities of hazardous materials using the Materials of Trade exception.
