Job Duration:
Since 15thSeptember 2015 for 1 year contract.
Job Responsibility:
Job responsibilities as performed are as follows:
• Preparation of Monthly contractor’s RA Bills – The RA Bill has been prepared and processed in two
parts one for part payment of 75% of the proposed work undertaken during the month and the other is
for Final RA bill which consist of the balance amount of work done during the month. While preparing
the bill the different tax components have been taken into consideration, like TDS, STDS, and Labour
Cess etc. Price escalation in each & every BOQ items to be checked while processing payments.
• Preparation of Monthly consultant bills – The Supervision consultant are mainly consists of URS Scott
Wilson Pvt. Ltd & Egis India Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd looking after all the project works by their
appointed engineers. Both the consultants are submitting their bills in every month. Bills generated by
the consultants are mainly consistsof reimbursable expenditure, like remuneration, vehicles, rent, any
other capital expenditure and profit elements. While processing the bills, attendance submitted by the
consultant should be authenticated by the responsible person of the consultants as well as engineers of
the company should be verified in every aspects before making and processing payment.
• Processing other payments – Preparing & processing other administrative payments like stationery
purchase, support staff payment, security services, advertisement etc.
• Making daily entries in Tally ERP 9.0 as well as reconciliation with vendors and BRS on monthly basis
and submit the monthly closing of the vouchers to DGM (F&A) within seven day of the following
month.
• STDS Return in every month and VAT Return Quarterly.
• Income Tax Return, TDS Return in every quarter within 15 days from the end of the quarter.
• Service Tax Return in every half year ending (i.e., September & March in every year)
• Computation of interest on mobilization advance pertaining to the payment to every contractor should
be adjusted while processing payments.
• Processing of Salary for the employees of the organization in every month. Checking the income tax
portion to be deducted from the employees within the perspective of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Also
preparing the Tax Computation statement for maintaining the records of Income Tax deduction.
• Preparing comparative statement and variance analysis of the party to be selected for supplying
administration related items. Also computing cost benefit analysis with the help of standard costing
concept.
Computer Proficiency:
Diploma holder in financial accounting packages, proficient in MS Office and Tally ERP 9.0
Hobbies & Interest:
Reading Books and listening to music.
