RieksTowingspendsalotoftimeandresourcesonin-housetraining,aswellastheattendanceofrecoveryschoolsandseminarsintheUnitedStates.Personnelatoperatorlevelarealsoincludedinthisprogram.
RieksTowingusessomeofthebestequipmentavailableandthiscombinedwithadedicatedteamoftrainedpersonnelprovidesaprofessionalrecoveryandtowingservicetoanyconcernthatneedstotakecareoftheirtowingproblemsinanefficientmanner.

RieksTowingoperatesafleetofrecoveryvehiclestoattendtoanyvehiclerelatedproblem.Thisfleetconsistsofvariousrecoveryunits,rangingfromtentoseventy-fivetons,towingvehiclesequippedwithunderreachliftingequipment,tractorsandlow-bedtrailersaswellastransportersandanaircushionrecoveryunit.

RieksTowingwillnotcommitourselftoasetreactiontime,butwouldcommitourselftotakeimmediateactiononanyaccident.Thiswouldensurethattheincidentwillenjoyourhighestpriorityandthecorrectpersonnelandequipmentaredispatchedwithamatterofurgency.Withinonehour,excludingtraveltime,fromthetimethatthecallwasplaced,RieksTowingcanhavepersonnelatthesceneoftheincidentfromournearestdepot.RieksTowingwillnormallybeatthesceneoftheincidentbeforeauthoritieshaveconcludedtheirinvestigationanddeclaredtheareasafe.
