Over 10 years design & development experience in RF industry. My knowledge, & expertise are covering pretty much all the aspect of the wireless development, from mobile phone design & development to PA IC and FEM design & development. Worked on AMPS, CDMA800/CDMA1900 (IS-98B and J-STD-008 specifications), GSM (UGSM,EGSM,DCS PCS), EDGE, WCDMA, WLAN (802.11 b/g ,802.11a) & WiMAX (802.16e) standards, using M/A-COM’s iHBT; Skyworks InGaP/GaAs HBT, AlGaAs/InGaAs/AlGaAs PHEMT, GaAs Schottky/passive,Thick Copper on Glass and Si Schottky/bipolar/CMOS & STMicroelectronics NLDMOS BiCMOS7RF, H9SOI, iPAD & CMOS65 RF semiconductor technologies.
