  2. 2. What we do<br />Idea Code is Lithuania based user experience consultancy and user interface design company established in 2003.<br />1. Through usability reviews we help finding key usability issues and ways of their elimination for technology products.<br />2. We carry out user research for technology products in various phases of development and various markets.<br />3. We create user interfaces which are convenient and aesthetic.<br />Our industry experience covers IT services, telecommunications, retail, financial services, public sector, publishing and journalism. Our recent projects concentrated on self-service portals, e-commerce and social networking. <br /><br />

  33. 33. Analysis helps to identify user reactions and comments to different features of the system
  34. 34. Observation data is more precise, information on realistic user behavior model and specific user needs is received
