 Budget preparation with cooperation with all branch managers and other stakeholders and other
amendment if needed.
 Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with operations changes,
submit the budget outputs in the formats which received from AKAM (Excel & Power point)
 Control the budget on monthly basis according to every branch budget for all expenditures ( specially
Training budget)
 Prepares the monthly report and respond on any queries needed, and ensure all financial reporting
deadlines are met, prepare monthly financial narrations on the monthly reports which provide to HQ.
