- Once you are a registered 1Bro dealer, you will build two teams under you. Team A and Team B. When the system detects New NAMES falling under your Team A and Team B, you as a dealer earns P500 Pairing Bonus. There are 4 weeks in a month, on the 1st week you signed-up 2 members, 1 on each team, you earn P500. On the 2nd week, your sign-up invited 10 sign-ups each. - Our business model is different from pyamiding scams. In these scam networking companies, you have to build your network into a group which resembles a triangle, hence the term pyramiding. Each member in your pyramid must also buy products that you actually do not need such as wheatgrass (Nutra), vitamins (E-Excel), leather goods (First Quadrant) while you must also comply with recruitment quota. But what if some of your pyramid member dies, or simply cannot comply with the monthly purchases and recruitment. If this is the case, you, being the head of the pyramid, will not earn income. With 1Bro, each member has a team A and B, so in this example You already filled in both Team A and B, in your Team B side, Dr. House also was able to fill in his Team A and Team B while his team B has only invited 1 so far. - Now, since your Team A has 5 members, while your Team B has only 4 so far. This means that your 5th member in Team A is what we call “Waiting to be paired”. You have no time limit as to when this person will encounter a pairing in team B, we have NO Expiration, NO deadline, NO flush out as compared to pyramiding companies. So, what if you have a third friend who wants to join (remember you only invited your Team A and Team B member. Those below them are invited by them already). Your third friend will now be referred to as a “Spillover” since you now need to put this person under someone else. In this case, under one of your Team B members. As you can see in this example, your direct Team B member (doctor) also earns 500 pesos because your action of placing your spillover under her account constituted a pairing under her also.
- 1Bro also implemented a safety net. This ensures the stability of the company. There is a limit of earning up to 30,000/day or 210,000/week or 900,000/month. Any income in excess of these goes back to the company.
- From hereon, lets see through the pairing bonus study how you can earn 900,000 pesos per month. So lets say you signed up today [state the date/month] next requirement is that you must at least fill-in your Team A and Team B. Next is that your Team A and Team B member must follow the same principle of inviting at least 2 friends to fill-in their respective Team A’s and Team B’s. Lets compute your income in 2 years progression. Lastly, you must commit to do the business.
- So if today is December, and you filled in your Team A and Team B, then your income is 1,500 for December (500 direct referral fee for Team A invite, 500 direct referral fee for Team B invite, and 500 for the royalty or pairing bonus). Then you stopped and did not invite anyone anymore. However, your two invites followed the minimum requirement and filled in their teams. In this case, you will earn 1000 pesos (500 for each pairing under you). So continuing this principle, you will reach 900,000 pesos monthly in 12 months.
- ...so just by inviting 2 friends each within 1 month after joining, you will earn P1.9 Million...
- ...by just continuing the trend, on your 2nd year, you will continue to earn 900,000 monthly therefore you may earn as much as 12.7M in 2 years. A lot of members are earning P25M or more in 2 years since you are not limited to only 2 invites. Thus, if you bring in more friends into the business, you will earn more and help your friends to earn more as well
- But what is stopping you from earning more! Lets do a computation on the basis of inviting four friends each into the business….
- As you would see, you can reach 900,000 in 6 months for a measly investment of 3,988 pesos….But here’s the question, would you want to earn more than 900,000 pesos per month…
- If you want more than 900,000 per month, then you want the tri-pack.
- If you invest in a tri-pack, then you correspondingly increase your safety net to 2.7 million pesos per month…[as you click along elaborate on how this business set-up works]…In this scenario, you will own three accounts therefore, under your Main Account, your Team A is now your second account, and the Team B is now your 3rd account. In short, You own and manage 3 business accounts. And so, you will automatically earn 1,500 pesos from yourself. Now, your immediate concern is inviting 4 people to fill-in Team A and B of your second account, and Team A and B of your third account….You will earn P500 direct referral free from the 4 people you invited. 1st person you invited will then pair with 2nd person you invited which means your 2nd account earns 500 pairing bonus. 3rd person you invited will pair with the 4th person you invited which means your 3rd account earns 500 pairing bonus. But how about your 1st account? The system also detects the 1st person (Team A of 1st acct) to pair with the 4th person (Team B of 1st account), thus awarding you P500 pairing bonus. This also happens for 2nd person you’ve invited which now pairs with the 3rd person you’ve invited, awarding you another P500 pairing bonus. Therefore, the same person will be counted twice! Instead of earning P500, you earn P1000 for each person you invite. This is working smart!
- Another way to compare is through this diagram:If you have a single account, and have 40 in each team or 40 pairs, you will earn 20,000.If you get a tri-pack, and your 2nd and 3rd account has the same number of members under Team A and Team B. Your 2nd account has 20 pairs which means a pairing bonus of 10,000. Your 3rd account also has 20 pairs which is another 10,000. How about your 1st account? Your whole 2nd account is its Team A which is 40 members and your whole 3rd account is its Team B which also has 40 members. 40 pairs is P20,000 pairing bonus. That’s a total of P40,000 pairing bonus for the same number of members!So as compared to a single account, you will earn twice with the same number of downlines if you invest in a tripack….
- 6th way to earn: 1Bro offers Leadership Overriding Bonus. You earn 10% from all your direct referral’s monthly income on pairing bonus as long as you have 1 direct referral for that month.
