interviewing sellers in their homes, recording the selling points
and descriptive details for each of our properties, and
communicating market trends to sellers.

Real estate beat reporter for print and online editions of the
magazine. I researched and wrote an average of three online
articles a week and one print article a month, including two
covers. I also scripted, co-produced, and anchored a web video
series on Chicago’s neighborhoods.

Full-time editor contributing the vast majority of content. The
role entailed rigorous blogging on real estate, urban
development, and architecture; day-to-day website operation;
managing contributing writers; and posting to social media. I
spearheaded a dramatic growth in readership.
