Ian Hanna Ian Hanna is a Special Advisor in the Cabinet Planning Unit of Executive Council in the Government of Saskatchewan. He advises various ministries and provides training on subjects like briefing notes, crisis communications, issues management, speech writing and media training. For the past several years, he has worked with Johnson-Shoyama to provide training to members of Saskatchewan’s public service.
