Fertility retreats are not necessarily just for those couples looking for a natural alternative to the scientific methods of treating fertility problems. Women and couples undergoing medical treatments, like in vitro fertilization, often attend the workshops.

2. The retreat facilitates increasingly deeper levels of awareness and practice of habits and beliefs contributing to a more fertile life. Because the body, mind and spiritual aspects of wellness and balance are all significant for fertility, no matter what your individual diagnosis – age, endometriosis, ovarian dysfunction or hormonal imbalance – we encourage you touch on them all.

4. Introductions… Every retreat opens with a welcome and introduction to the program for that retreat. The group then moves into a “Sharing Circle,” where each participant has an opportunity to introduce themselves and tell a bit of the story of the fertility journey that has brought them to that moment. The circle helps us begin to get acquainted with one another. It also begins to teach us that our stories of profound pain and longing do not have to define–and limit–us. From this point we can begin to create a different, more hopeful future. With your participation in the circle, the healing process starts and you begin to shed the fallacy that you are infertile. It is your choice what you share with the group while on retreat and what you hold close...and release. There is no expectation or judgment, only understanding and love.
