The “Original” Sovereign Imperial Royal Permanent Court of International Justice (PCIJ), Sovereign Imperial
Royal International Court of Justice (ICJ) and Sovereign Imperial Royal International Criminal Court (ICC),
collectively, shall and hereinafter, come under the power, authority, original and exclusive jurisdiction of H.E.
HRH King Julius Bazan Divinagracia.
The “Original” Sovereign Imperial Royal Permanent Court of International Justice (PCIJ), Sovereign Imperial
Royal International Court of Justice (ICJ) and Sovereign Imperial Royal International Criminal Court (ICC),
shall remain headquartered in Global City, Philippines. It is also hereby noted, that all redemption and
settlements relating to Alpha & Omega Mother-Master and Sub-Accounts, Heritage Assets, Historical Assets,
Gold (AU) Assets, Precious Metals, Global Collateral Accounts, Interest Earned Gold Accounts, et. al., shall be
redeemed and settled by the ICJ-ICC-IPC Philippine offices, only.
No government, nor persons claiming to be judicial members, employees, agents or representatives outside of the
ICJ-ICC Philippine headquarters, has no power, authority nor jurisdiction, to settle nor redeem the
aforementioned assets. Further, The Hand of The King, by and through, this Quo Warranto; hereinafter,
challenges Mr. Ricky Nathaniel, Mr. Alvin Loong and Mr. Peter Grey DNA, Power, Authority, Jurisdiction and
Judicial position with Royal ICJ-ICC, up and beyond, the King of Kings. The www.icj-icc.org is a fraud and
any all person referring themselves as Windsor, are viceroys and subjects of the King.
Therefore, each one govern themselves, Accordingly.
