RE: LETTER OF REQUEST TO BE DELIVERED TO PRESIDENT OBAMA

Dear Mr. President Barack Obama
I am Clarence T. Kingery, Jr., the individual trustee and Secretary to the board of Trustees for
FIVE STAR TRUST, which is registered in Nevis, West Indies Islands. Our trust was originally
registered in Isle of Man originally and domiciled in Nevis, West Indies.

Our trust through a Trust Resolution has authorized me to give this Letter to Mr. Ernest Bey of
California, USA, Passport NO. 447614031, and, has been asked to present to you our request
for your assistances in helping us recovery assets of FIVE STAR TRUST and its beneficiaries that
are being held in major banks in and outside the United States in US Dollar account no.
4051100-92, ref. 118-65, same account at all banks which a partial list is attached hereto for
your reference. Further there are major deposits of Gold (AU) as well in the name of U.S.
Mortgage and Trust (Bahamas) Ltd., A Bahamas Corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of
FIVE STAR TRUST as well in major banks and institutions throughout the world.

I am attaching hereto a formal settlement that was done by Mr. Marion Horn, Jr., through his
representative Gen. Robert L. Ferrera (US Army Retired-CIA-Deceased according to US
Department of Justices Records, but much alive under a new name in Oslo, Norway at the CIA
Safe house compound), who arranged the settlement for Mr. Horn and is family and also
obtained an IRS exemption for that settlement as well which is attached hereto also. This
settlement was assigned into the FIVE STAR TRUST, which was created in 1989 in the Isle of
Man. A copy of the present Trust is attached hereto and in the original Trust, Robert L. Ferrera,
who as the Individual trustee, set forth the tri-party partnership consisting of Mr. Marion Horn,
Jr., The Executive Trustee of FIVE STAR TRUST, Baron Guy Rothschild, head of the Rothschild
Family (Now Deceased), and Mr. Richard Helms (Former Director of CIA) and head of
clandestine operations. Gen. Robert L. Ferrera (Reported Deceased according to US Dept. of
Justices Records but confirmed is now living in CIA COMPOUD, OSLO, NORWAY, and , receiving

$150,000.00 a day from one of Five Star Trust account in Germany-Payment for keeping quiet).
General Ferrera, who was the individual trustee of FIVE STAR TRUST, and Executive Trustee of
U.S. Mortgage and Trust Company (Bahamas) Ltd. Arranged this partnership. It was agreed that
each group, FIVE STAR TRUST, would receive one third of all future deposits or earning of this
trust, Rothschild Family would receive one-third of the future deposits and earnings of this
partnership and Mr. Richard Helms representing the CIA and US GOVERTNMENT would receive
one-third of the future deposits of any and all deposits and earnings. Mr. Horn was not required
to give any part of his settlement that had been agreed upon by Dept. of Defense and IRS, in
this future partnership. Even though Mr. Horn did not wish to participate he was told that he
had no other choice, if he wanted to receive the settlement that had been agreed upon already
with Dept. of Defense.

FIVE STAR TRUST, for acting as the front entity and to receive any and all deposits of assets or
funds from clandestine sources, secured by the CIA and moved by the Rothschild Banking
Empire, would receive one third of the deposits and earnings, Rothschild Family would receive
one-third for moving and depositing the assets, and CIA for confiscating the assets would
receive one third. The account number 4051100-92 (Ref. 118-65) was to be used on all
accounts to be created for this partnership in all banks and the funds and assets would be kept
off ledger. Further, future assets in form of precious metals would be held in the name of FIVE
STAR TRUST/U.S. Mortgage and Trust (Bahamas) Ltd., separately in AU accounts. Maj. General
Ferrera was the individual who master minded this tri-party agreement and behind the scenes
directed its operation for THE NEW WORLD ORDER to come, that President BUSH 41 had also
approved and put in motion to take place as well.

Shortly thereafter there was a disagreement between some of BUSH 41 people and Gen.
Ferrera and Rothschild wherein Mr. Sununu had attempted to move some of the assets from
Bank of New Zealand, and the other partners Helms and Rothschild called that he be
terminated as part of this operation as a liability, even though he was only doing what BUSH 41
told him to do. Gen. Ferrera informed Mr. Horn that there would be problems with BUSH 41 in
the future and to stay away from him and any of his people. That Ferrera would take care of the
future of this matter with Baron Rothschild to see that BUSH 41 did what he was supposed to
do.

Later Ferrera fell out of favor with BUSH 41 and so did Mr. Horn being the associate and front
man for this matter that had been created by Gen. Ferrera. Be advised that according to US
Dept. of Justice, Robert L. Ferrera is recorded as dead but much alive in Mexico. This can be
verified and validated by asking the CIA of his existence. A deal had been agreed upon some

years back between 41 and Ferrera, and in turn he, Ferrera would disappear and stay away
from assisting Mr. Marion Horn, Jr.,

BUSH 41 had used his influence to cause the imprisonment of Mr. Horn in Mexico and USA
both, and Gen. Ferrera in USA and a death certificate in Houston, TX for him to disappear. The
deal was Ferrera would receive certain compensation for disappearing which was to be paid
from FST accounts in Germany and AU from other sources.

Some of the documentation is attached hereto regarding this matter and also some of the
people in the administration of BUSH 41 and Clinton 42 and Present Bush 43, who have been
involved in this mastermind cover-up of trillions of US Dollars.

In 1997, Mr. Horn was approached by representatives of US Government to settle again this
matter, and a formal notarized agreement was concluded and signed but never finalized or
materialized, due to the disagreement between the US Agencies, BUSHES and others on who
would get what. Mr. Horn had accepted the deal with one major consideration that these
FUNDS BE USED FOR THE CITIZENS OF UNITED STATES. A copy of that formal agreement is
attached hereto for reference.

I, Clarence T.Kingery, Jr. was present at the initial negotiations with Mr. James Georges, Mr.
Warren Goss and other parties in Atlanta, GA when the first meeting happened to move toward
a final settlement on the foreign assets held worldwide in Five Star Trust, Marion Horn, Jr. Sole
Signature to these accounts. Gen. Ferrera had told Mr. Horn and others of the TRUST, that he
had fixed the deposits of these assets that they would not be able to get them out without his
signature.

There is much more that I could say in this matter, but I will close and ask that you, Mr.
President, use your own sources to check out what we have stated herein. Further, there are
parties that are close to you who know all about these assets, and a list of people who know
about this matter that we know who is affiliated with your group are, Mr. Paul Volker,
(Supposedly at one time the overseer of FST accounts), Secretary Robert Rubin, Mr. Larry
Summers and possible others.

However, the parties that we feel know all about these accounts, and related matters are as
follows:

Armitgage, The Director of CIA, Donald Gregg, Oliver North, and Chairman Greenspan, Admiral

Gene Lacroque. It is known now that General Robert L. Ferrera, who is considered legally dead
by the US Government is in fact living under another assumed name of Lauren W. Rosier and
living in a CIA Safe House in Oslo, Norway.

President Clinton, 42, His personal CIA director, Sec. of Treasury, and Controller of Currency.
Admiral David Oliver, Undersecretary of Defense, Former Chairman of FEDERAL RESERVES, Paul
Volker, also Mr. Robert Rubeun, Former Secretary of the Treasury, and Lawrence Summers,
your present financial advisor.

BUSH 43, George Tenet, CIA director, Secretary of the Treasury, Controller of Currency and
many more within this administration.

There are many individuals who can come forward to substantiate the information herein and
attached, that list will be provided upon request.

There are many others outside the government who have made investigations of their own and
have confirmed the validity of FST and its accounts but will not come forward out of fear of
reappraisals.

I am writing on behalf of our trust and the beneficiaries of FIVE STAR TRUST, consisting of Mr.
Marion Horn, Jr. a resident of 3620 Park Pointe Drive, Lexington, Kentucky 40509, USA. Whose
identifications are attached hereto for your files and reference, We do hereby officially asked
President Barack H. Obama, to issue an Executive Order directing the US Treasury and US
Federal Reserve to do a full and complete audit of FIVE STAR TRUST worldwide accounts, on the
Banking Screen, known as the GREY SCREEN, and direct that these funds be brought back into
the US under the control of the US Treasury and/ FIVE STAR TRUST, and that a mutual
agreement be arrived at the paying of the taxes on these funds as prescribed by US Laws.

and Compliance for FIVE STAR TRUST to present our request to President Obama for
assistance and help. We believe that these assets if and when recovered will help alleviate
the financial crisis that faces our country. Why the past administration did not attempt to
recognize this is beyond our understanding. We strongly request that you do your own
investigation regarding our request through your own investigations; and if you feel that we
are right in our request for your help, and then we will look forward to your response at your
earliest opportunity. We feel that this source of funds for our country is badly needed to
relieve the financial hardship to our country and its citizens; and time is of essence.
