How to register as an existing learner in 5 easy steps

2. Hey fellow learners!
By now you probably know that you're
able to do all sorts of cool things on the
Learner Portal like view and edit your
personal and contact details, pay your
ICB fees, enter for assessments, and
more.
Are you an existing ICB learner? Have
you registered on the Leaner Portal
yet? Let me show you how in five easy
steps...

3. STEP 1
Open the Internet browser on your computer or tablet
and type in the address:
www.secureicb.co.za/learner
You will then be directed to the ICB’s secure website
for learners.

4. STEP 2
Click on the REGISTER button

5. STEP 3
Choose a username
Choose a password
Type in your personal
email address
Type in your valid South African
ID number
Type in your ICB Reference Number
Click on the REGISTER button

6. STEP 4
Once you've completed the registration process, you will get a notification
saying that you are an existing ICB learner and that you must reset your password.
You can reset it by clicking on the RESET PASSWORD button.
Then type in your valid SA ID number
Choose to receive your new password to your
personal email address or via SMS to your
mobile phone
Enter your personal email address or mobile
phone number – depending on your
choice above
Click on the SUBMIT button

7. STEP 5
Once you’ve requested your
password to be reset, a new one
will be sent to you via the method
you indicated – SMS or email.
You can then log in with your
username and new password, and
start enjoying all the great features
available on the Learner Portal.
