You cant not Lead others unless you are a master of Leading yourself first. Know and understand YOU Resources = (involvement of people) Build your master team around you. Leverage your networks, outsource the stuff that takes you away from your vision, use your personal resources of being thankful and incisive FOCUS to ādrive out fear - point 8 Deming 14 pointsā. Both Rich and poor people have fears about failiure, not being good or clever enough. What separates them is that they do it anyway. Process Approach = Know YOUR outcome. Define and plan, do it, check it, know what works and improve it, know what doesnāt, and improve or change it and take massive action for each area of your life. System Approach= Use a systematic and integrated approach to managing your life, use our life balance system, RPM or any system that allows you to capture your vision and plan how, on a daily basis you strive to achieve that vision. Continual Improvement = Deming Point 13= Implement a vigorous program of education and self improvementā. Know what works, know what doesnāt and change it until what you have matched your vision, your purpose and outcome. Who you become over the next five years is dictated by the company you keep and the books you read. Effective Decision Making = Choose how you spend your time only in line with your desired outcome NOT based upon other peoples demands upon your time. You cant improve what you donāt measure! If you are not finding a solution for someone you are NOT SERVING and therefore not earning. Give more out / receive back - mutual benefit - add value to each other.
