age, that they continue to get the necessary vitamins and
minerals from healthy food. This boosts immunity and
fights off illness-causing toxins. It reduces the risk of
heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure, eating a
proper diet also fights against type -2 diabetes, bone loss,
anemia, cancer and Alzheimer’s disease.

Seniors require 1200mg of calcium for bone
