week at a time convenient for both parties
• We offer relationship coaching for each partner
individually and coaching sessions together as a

Hilary, your Relationship Coach and
Facilitator, is a compassionate and caring
therapist with a relaxed and friendly
manner.
She will be drawing on many years of
experience to help you achieve the best
possible outcome from your Retreat.

Retreat Host
Fran, your Host for this retreat, is an
award winning pilot, adventurer, author,
photographer and motivational speaker.
She has created a peaceful, relaxed and
comfortable venue for our Retreats. Fran
loves to make people feel at home during
their stay.

7. Where is this Retreat held?
The Retreat venue is “The Gums” a comfortable
4Bed & Breakfast at Coromandel Valley in the
lovely Adelaide Hills area of South Australia.
“The Gums” is close to Adelaide CBD and the
Airport in an area that give a taste of country
living close to the city.

8. The Food
• Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea is served
at the Retreat. Fran will prepare your
breakfast and lunch and afternoon tea is
prepared by
Chef Jonathan Holmes-Ross
• For your evening meal, you can sample the
fare of some of our local restaurants.
We are happy to make reservations for you
at the restaurant of your choice.
