-Daily follow up to different construction and finishing stages
progress.
-Adjust the quality control standards for the different executed
stages .
-Regulating the flow of the current execution stages according to
the approved time schedule.
-Calculating the monthly money extracts owed for the contractors
work in the project for their progressed execution stages.
