Heather Viviers bas worked for MMC Holdings (Pty) Ltd since July 2003. Heather's duties during
this time bave been varied in ail areas of the financial disciplines, namely:-
1) Ail aspects of bookkeeping to A.F.S., including varions client's books
2) Préparation of Monthly Management Accounts and Board Packs
3) Company Registrations with varions SARS & UIF departments
4) Compiling budgets for large potential investments and Investors
5) Tax returns for individuals, trusts and companies
6) Preparing forecasts for Due Diligence purposes
7) Assisting with research and the submitting of Bid Documents on behalf of Shareholders to
ICA SA and other Institutions
8) Liaising with the Auditors on ail audit matters
9) General office management
10) Property Management and liaising with Tenants and Suppliers
11) Taking minutes and typing up of minutes as well as général secretarial and Company
Secretarial duties
During Heather's extensive period of employment she has been a valuable asset to the company. She
is both accurate and meticulous in everything she does. Her honesty and integrity are without
question. She is an extremely reliable person and always goes above and beyond what is required of
her. Heather uses her own initiative and initiâtes consultation.
Heather is leaving our company as the company is now closing down due to the passing away of one
of the Partners and Directors 6 years ago. Heather has helped in the very difficult period of closing
companies and getting a very complicated structure into a final manageable structure that can now be
handled by the Auditors.
We wish Heather ail the best for her future and would highly recommend her to any Financial and/or
General Management position she may accept.
