Brief:
Located just around the corner from Harrods,
we were asked to create a handsome, elegant and
comfortable interior for the family to use when they
were visiting London. As this building is Grade II
listed, liaison with the Managing Agents and local
Council was necessary for all the refurbishment
work we wanted to carry out.
Solution:
Neutral, silvery tones, accented with highly pol-
ished dark wood furniture gave the living room
drama and glamour. Textured wallpaper was used
throughout the apartment and this added an ele-
ment of richness to all the rooms.
All three ensuite bathrooms were clad in marble
slab and tile and we managed to upgrade two mac-
erating WC’s to normal flushing systems.
3 bedrooms; Grade II listed; Completion: June 2012; Total cost: £500,000

Brief:
We were brought in to renovate and redecorate this
5 bedroom home arranged over 5 floors, including
the basement which we renovated from an existing
garage into a family room, shower and utility area.
The family wanted to change the feel of the house to
something more grown up and elegant.
Solution:
Contemporary, Italian furniture was used through-
out and a colour palette of earthy tones, along with
natural materials such as wool, silk and leather gave
this home a soft, sumptuous and feminine appeal.
Working closely with specialist joiners and stone
masons to design and create the living room media
unit, this turned out particularly well and acted as
the focal point for the room. Bespoke joinery was
also designed for the master bedroom, all of the
bathrooms and basement family room.
5 bedrooms; Completion: October 2012; Total cost: £665,000

Brief:
SCB have a very strong corporate identity and a
long history in Asia and the Middle East. This was
our starting point for the brief. After visiting their
headquarters in London, we felt we had a good
sense of what they would be looking for. Earthy col-
ours, natural textures and finishes as well as com-
fort and function were all defining factors.
SCB wanted to be able to offer both a formal expe-
rience and a casual, lounge feel, depending on who
they were entertaining.
Solution:
We designed a bespoke bar for SCB, which housed
not only the fridges and glassware and served as a
the placement for buffet food, but also contained a
secret sliding unit to hold the folding table when not
in use.
Banquet seating was bespoke designed to be usable
in both the “formal” and “informal” rooms sets.
10-12 person box; Completion: January 2012; Total cost: £25,000

Brief:
We were asked to come up with a universal design
that could be used in updating around 20 boxes (of
varying sizes) throughout the East and West stands
of the stadium.
Solution:
Contemporary design, quality finishes, upgraded
facilities and bespoke joinery throughout meant that
the RFU could realise a better mark-up on the lease
of these boxes.
10 - 26 person boxes; Completion: September 2012; Total cost: £93,900

Brief:
We were asked to come up with several designs for
5 different areas within the stadium. The designs
needed to be universal, but with elements of change
to differentiate between the bars or lounges accord-
ing to the clientele for each. We also needed to allow
for different room set-ups and durability was also a
consideration.
Solution:
We worked closely with the Harlequins operations,
catering and sales teams to create a neutral back-
ground to show off the Harlequin colours and the
use of different materials (wood, metal, stone) added
texture and dimension to each space.
20 - 88 person lounges/bars; Completion: September 2013; Total cost: £126,500
