1. Pigment blends and Toners related experience as MD since 2006.Herringer Bright
Chemicals is my family owned business and I have full exposure to all aspects of
custom pigment manufacturing and management thereof.
2. Founded and managed for 3 years Composite-Solid Surface (similar to DuPont
CORIAN) making company called Granart .
3. Was member of Strategy and operation (field trials assessment) team at Herringer
Bright Chemicals during 1989-1993 for globalization of Non Toxic Herbal pesticides
called INDIARA. The team managed to secure licensing and marketing partners with
investors and strategic distributors in Malaysia and Philippines, Holland, Germany.
4. Advised Australian PE Group on acquisition of a Niobium project in Tanzania. The
deal is valued at 30Million dollars to be spent on advancing the project from JORC
resource to BFS –production.
5 .Deal originator Member of DD team for Iron Ore miner from India to acquire Iron Ore
mine in WA and Magnetite Pellet making plant in Malaysia
6. Advised leading Indian steel maker to acquire significant interest and negotiate
offtake of Chromite used to make Stainless Steel and Ferrochrome with Albanian
Project owners (who were Australian taking the company for ASX listing.
7. Advised Asx listed Coal producer to find Strategic Equity-Offtaker (power Plant)
investor. Accordingly 3.5Million were invested in IPO and an Offtake agreement of
@14MT of High GCV Thermal Coal was signed.
8. Advised a Gold producer in Brisbane to raise 7Million Dollars equity and on various
deal structures of JV/Royalty.Advised other two other private gold producers to raise
around 700K$ equity.
Introduced 2.5Million AUD as Equity to an emerging ASX listed Gold development
company via associates in Perth.
9. Raised AUD200K for a Shale Oil technology company based on Kendall
Process. Blue Ensign owns the international patents and all other intellectual property of
the innovative RENDALL process technology for production of pipeline able synthetic
crude oil (SCO) from kerogen in oil shale. The RENDALL process has a number of
major advantages over existing oil shale processing technologies, namely,

retorting technologies
· environmentally benign with no toxic waste of effluent and minimal need, if
any, for process water
· no limitations on scale up to large units
Secondly, it holds a 100% interest in Mining Development Licences over the richest
portion of a large oil shale deposit near Julia Creek in Northwest Queensland. Blue
Ensign has total Indicated and Inferred JORC Resources of 895 million barrels of shale
oil based on Modified Fischer Assays, and potentially equivalent to 1.5-2 billion barrels
of synthetic crude oil using the high-yield RENDALL process.
