Few of the positive points are
At times you have taken some good initiatives (Departmental meetings) for maintaining an open culture in the group
and your prompt decisions and response has removed my hesitation to discuss anything with you. 
From the initial meeting you have guided us to make ourselves technically stronger. The expectation has been
discussed in the one on one meeting along with the career development points. Also in every departmental meeting I
have seen you motivating us to work on the technical aspects (SAs, ISAs & AS etc.) 
Further you have made good efforts to connect with all the members of the group.  You have gone ahead in
maintaining an Open Value driven culture within the group.

Appreciable if you can involve us to some extent in our client allocation
