 Preparation of Patient Unit & Receiving the patient, Assessment of patient, History
collectiom & Physical dxamination

3.  Perform technical task such as administer due medication, fluid calculation and
administration, maintain intake and output chart, sending blood
investigation, monitoring vital signs of patients, implementation of comfort measures
 Maintain records and reports, filing patient documant,Assisting doctors in procedures,
