We see a lot of organisations that empower youth are also coming up in certain parts of the country. India is a country which post of a positive demographic dividend as we have a vibrant and a young population which can contribute in the prosperity and progress of the country. However, just having a lot of young people in the population is not enough and it is equally important that the youth of the country is skilled and empowered enough so that they can contribute in the progress of the society and the country and it is being realise that and unskilled youth can become a burden on the country if the energy of the young people is not channelized in the right direction.
2. Most modernisation states today have a government elected by the public
which carries out the development and welfare activities for the public.
State has always been found to be at the centre of any welfare activity but
now a days a new trend can be seen where we see that a lot of non-state
actors are also becoming important players as far as development and
welfare is concerned.
We see that numerous civil society organisations and NGOs are coming up in
various parts of the country which are actively participating in development
and welfare activities and social service is the core Idea around which the
activities of these NGOs and other organisations are centred.
We see a lot of organisations that empower youth are also coming up in
certain parts of the country.
3. India is a country which post of a positive demographic dividend as we have a
vibrant and a young population which can contribute in the prosperity and
progress of the country.
4. However, just having a lot of young people in the population is not enough
and it is equally important that the youth of the country is skilled and
empowered enough so that they can contribute in the progress of the society
and the country and it is being realise that and unskilled youth can become a
burden on the country if the energy of the young people is not channelized in
the right direction.
We also see numerous government initiative that are being taken in order to
ensure that the youth of the country is provided with the required skill set so
that the young people can make the best of their potential and energy.
Apart from the government initiatives, we see that a lot of organisations that
empower youth and believe that youth empowerment is one of the most
essential tasks at hand are also working relentlessly towards empowering the
youth.
5. Most of these organisations that empower youth depend on the contribution
made by the responsible members of the society who believe in contributing
towards youth empowerment. If you are also of the belief that the young
people in the country should be skilled and motivated then you should also
approach the organisations in your locality and make the contribution at your
own level according to your capacity.
These NGOs which up hold the idea of social service have been working
tirelessly for decades now but most of them do face difficulties as far as
funds are concerned and as responsible members of the society, it is our
responsibility that we provide them with enough resources so that they can
work towards they cause that they have taken up and do not have to give up
just because of lack of required funds and other resources. Being a
responsible member of the society, if you also want to contribute towards
one of the organisations for youth then today is the right time to start!
