3. E4Impact Entrepreneurship Center
• The first E4Impact Entrepreneurship Center was launched in
Nairobi in 2018, promoted by the Italian Agency for Development
Cooperation and ENI.
• Preferably, the Center works with companies who have: Innovative
products; Revenues; Strong entrepreneurial team; Clear social impact.
• The Center supports businesses which are at the overlap of local main
industries and Italian excellences.
• E4Impact could create new Entrepreneurship Centers or partner with
existing incubators and accelerators in other African countries.
• For each Center, E4Impact offers:
o An original service package: training, networking, professional
services
o Special links with Italy and its excellences
o Links with International investors and impact investors
o Links with E4Impact MBAs and Alumni

4. Multilateral projects
• E4Impact joins strong coalitions of actors (public authorities,
business associations, NGOs, etc.) in order that participate in:
o International and EU bids for programs
o Local programs
• These programs are aimed to develop:
o Counties
o Local value chains
o Cooperatives
• The E4Impact contribution is to design and implement:
o Entrepreneurial training
o Coaching and mentoring
o Acceleration services
o Links with European companies

5. Internationalization Services
• Partnership development between African companies (from the countries in
which E4Impact offers its MBA) and Italian companies
• A European company offers a scholarship for an MBA student in the
Country of interest.
During the MBA, the student, under the guidance of the company, carries out:
market analysis, interviews to potential distributors and clients, partner
research, business plan development, etc.
• Customer and partner research for African companies in Italy
• Mentorship services for African companies by Italian entrepreneurs and
experts:
o Support in business decisions
o Consultancy on technology, machineries, etc.
o Visits or internships in the Italian company
o Possible local visits for specific support
o Remote consultancy
