ETC GUIDELINES
WHY ETC
ETC is English Teaching Charity group works for students in poor
areas and SOS villages. It is founded to offer those students a
free English and other subjects course in order to improve their
English as help those objectives find chances to have a good job in
the future as raise our society reputation and reduce poverty for
their families. Since join volunteering as a volunteer teacher. You
should bear in mind that you are carrying out a Mission in life.
VOLUNTEER’S GUIDELINES
- Keep patient and passionate with your voluntary work until
finalize your task/project received.
- Love and take care of charitable students as your sons,
daughters, or siblings, ect.
- View voluntary work as your paid work.
- Enrich your English ability and educational skills all the
time as learn how to teach students Speaking and Listening
skills as much as possible.
- Do not only teach English or other subjects, teach them
soft/life skills and nice behavior as well.
- Report weekly about your teaching plans, along with any
problems or claims to increase result quality.
- Feedback any problems that you encounter for solution right
the way.
- Ensure that you keep living near project’s location at least 3
months.
- Ensure that you have set up personal affairs and have spare
time for volunteering.
- Do not use up ETC group to ask for donation, fundraising,
financial support for yourself without allowance from manager,
founder.
- Do not interrupt your voluntary work with any tiny reasons
like hard weather, traffic jam, students’ behavior, project’s
condition or any personal affairs. If encounter those problems
please feedback right the way to solve.
