- 10. Remember … you are the professional relaying information to your patients. Consumer health websites are best for the patient but not for you. Databases are best to use. PubMed Searching is messy. It’s not always straight forward. All struggle with it!

Avoid PubMed Lite – it does not have all the functionality of the full app. Recommended article type = REVIEW Contains an overview of a topic Also try: • TRIP • Cochrane Library (ClinicalAnswers) • DynaMed – AMC, hospitals • UptoDate – AMC, hospitals • both are “.com” but are legit!

Patient – yes, one is Claritin, one is Vitamin D, one is Multi-vitamin and I don’t remember what the blue one is. It’s new and it’s for my migraines. Nurse – ok – I see the Claritin, Vitamin D and the multi-vitamin are all of the list of medications that we have for you. I need to find out what this blue one is. Let me look it up.
