consumption and costs. OKB has plans to development our Solar energy division. We also
desire to manage and increase exportation of numerous commodities. Our vision is to transform
Belem port in to a duty free zone by encouraging government incentives with taxation reductions
and exemptions. Pará states rapid development is due to the extraction of minerals such as iron,
manganese, niobium, bauxite, copper, gold, aluminum and the formation of the (presal) program
the extraction of oil. In November 2013, a report released by the IEA (International Energy
Agency) provides that credit to the oil found in the presalt.
Brazil will become one of the countries with the largest oil exports in the world. In the near
future Brazil will be one of the most important energy producers. It is estimated that by 2035, oil

computing. Cloud computing advertising has strengthened dramatically with the combination of
an ever growing business dependence on cyber space, increasing demands on IT systems and
a global mantra of budgetary prudence.
OKB Global designed and is developing a hybrid cloud to facilitate a agile business
platform. When a company experiences an unexpected spike in usage of an inhouse
server, the
OKB Cloud Computing Business Plan
workload can be passed off to the hybrid cloud. This
way, your company avoids the additional cost of
having to purchase new server hardware. In
addition to being agile, the hybrid cloud is also
scalable, which means it’s well suited for
businesses with unpredictable peaks.
Method for success

6) Business Objectives
OKB Global Information will
create and provide a world class
cloud data center in Belem to boost
innovation and productivity across
the Digital economy in Brazil.
When business, universities,
individuals and government agencies
adopt cloud services, they are more
productive, innovate better and
operate with greater agility. As a
nation, Brazil is well placed to take
advantage of cloud computing for a
range of reasons – including a stable
socio economic system, a strong rule of law and a highly diverse and skilled Information and
Communications Technology (ICT) sector. At the individual level there are few organizations
across the economy that have implemented innovative cloud computing services. Brazil lags
behind their counterparts in Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)
countries in the use of online technology. This places these organizations at a competitive
disadvantage, which could be overcome through the use of cloud computing services.
One reason for this has been insufficient access to the necessary infrastructure to support
sophisticated cloud services. The relatively slow download or upload speeds in many parts of
Brazil have limited the adoption of cloud services. OKB Global Information will change this and is
a key enabler of the Digital economy more broadly. There are other reasons that cloud
computing has not been adopted more generally in Brazil, including a lack of awareness of how
to make best use of cloud computing and a lack of confidence that some organizations and
individuals have in adopting cloud computing services.
However, as the cloud services market continues to evolve, users and providers of cloud
services must remain responsive to change. Likewise, OKB will continue to adapt its strategy in
response to market and technological changes.
1. Maximizing the value of cloud computing Goal: OKB Global Information will be a leader
in the use of cloud services to achieve greater efficiency, generate greater value from ICT
investment, deliver better services and support a more agile public sector.

Key actions:
The Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br) will enhance the guidance available to
government decision makers on how to evaluate the benefits of cloud services and how to
procure and manage them.
OKB and the Brazil Digital Economy will establish information sharing initiatives to facilitate
continual improvement based on a repository of case studies, reduced risk approaches and
practical lessons to enable agencies to learn from each other. Brazil’s Digital economy is
currently comprised of about 147,000 companies and is set to generate $490 billion in revenue
by the end of 2014, according to a study by Softex Observatory.
Keys to Success
Competitive and flexible pricing
Choose a storage solution that fits the
nature of your data, whether it’s Standard
Storage or Durable Reduced Availability
(DRA) Storage. Like other Cloud Platform
services, you pay just for what you use.
• Scalability. The cloud allows
companies to make fast and costeffective
capacity adjustments, scaling up and down
depending upon traffic, seasonality and
business need.
• Greater Business Agility. Cloud
enables companies to react to shifting
workplace and staffing demand.
• Flexible pricing structures. Cloud
providers offer customers creative and
flexible pricing options, such as tiered allacarte
pricing, making it easier to tailor
solutions to a business’s needs and match
value.•
Fast time to deployment. Cloud
eliminates the need to purchase new systems
and load new applications, or compete with
other projects for IT resources, thereby enabling applications to be up and running more quickly.
• Reduced system maintenance and management costs. Cloud requires less maintenance
and management from IT, allowing resources to be reallocated to other projects in the business.
• Lowrisk ability to start up or move or expand. Capacity and applications can be added
without risking existing business plans. Additionally, some solution providers offer riskfree trials.
• Flexible staffing can lower operating expenses. Cloud enables companies to be nimble
with staffing plans using different strategies to optimize staff, including using lowercost locations
such as off shoring or home shoring, but away from corporate, or using athome workers with
flexible schedules and ability to work short hours rather than full days.
Company's goal is to dominate our untapped advertising market as follows: We will Provide
over 100 Gigabytes Data Storage service for free, obligating our clients to receive advertising on
their smartphone, tablet, or PC, with the option to eliminate by electing prepaid or fixed payment
option.

7Industry
Analysis
As public cloud computing gains greater adoption across enterprises, there’s an increased
level of spending occurring on infrastructurerelated
services including InfrastructureasaService(
IaaS). Enterprises are prioritizing how to get cloud platforms integrated with legacy
systems to make use of the years of data they have accumulated. From legacy Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, integrating
legacy systems of record to cloudbased
platforms will accelerate through 2016. I’ve seen this in
conversations with resellers and enterprise customers, and this trend is also reflected in
Gartner’s latest report on public cloud computing adoption, Forecast Overview: Public Cloud
Services, Worldwide, 20112016,
4Q12 Update Published: 8 February 2013.
Global spending on public cloud services is expected to grow 18.6% in 2012 to $110.3B,
achieving a CAGR of 17.7% from 2011 through 2016. The total market is expected to grow from
$76.9B in 2010 to $210B in 2016. The following is an analysis of the public cloud services
market size and annual growth rates:
8 Project
Background
In today’s challenging economic climate, a growing number of organizations require more
capable and flexible IT resources; they also need to reduce costs. OKB will design, develop and
implement a hybrid cloud data centre which is a combination of public and private clouds.
Businesses in highly regulated industries (banking, universities and government agencies) with
compliance requirements regarding data residency (“Internet Bill of Rights”) can leverage the

private cloud for those sensitive workloads, while relying on the costeffective hybred cloud for
nonregulated operations.
The effects of a deep global recession have combined with recent advances in information

A growing number of cloud service providers are offering customers the potential to
generate sizable, longterm costsavings, increase the capacity, agility and flexibility of their IT
systems, and provide a muchneeded standard IT platform across their business. Their cloud
computing efforts are being met with considerable success. The hybrid cloud lets business be
more agile. When a company experiences an unexpected spike in usage of an inhouse server,
the workload can be passed off to the hybred cloud. This way the company avoids the additional

9 Market
Analysis
Cushman & Wakefield Report Takes a Deeper Look at the Brazilian Data Center
Market
Published Date : 5/6/2014
MULTITENANT
DATA CENTER MARKET
Currently, there is less than 500,000 SF of operational data center space in Brazil and only
three U. S.based data center providers in the country: Equinix (who acquired local provider
ALOG), Level 3 Communications (via its acquisition of Global Crossing) and Verizon (via
Terremark), according to the report.
Key submarkets
include São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. São Paulo represents the largest
data center market in South America, accounting for 50 percent of capacity in Brazil –
approximately 450,000 operational square feet. Financial institutions, multinational firms, and e
commerce companies drive the demand here. Barueri, located near the stock exchange, is also
emerging as the new data center centric area.
OKB Global will implement the much needed cloud in Belem being a metropolis with the
population of about 7 million people, 50 campuses, 10 000 schools, approximately 12,000
business establishments, 32 000 lawyers, 22 industries, 600 vocational courses, 1 international
airport, 20 large supermarkets, and with the reduction of costs of Internet and data centre
servers would be the first step forward for already present future farms. Exports of Brazil nuts
and acai, farm raised fish are demanding the emergence of new 20 ports and 18 industrial hubs,
and emergence of a new technology center to form a new bloc in the exploitation of railways and
maritime, being strengthened by political favoritism and paving the way through the OKB Global
cloud.P
roject Risk Management
– Integrated Framework
:“Risk is the possibility that an event will occur and adversely affect the achievement of
objectives.”
The types of risks (e.g., security, integrity, availability, and performance) are the same with
systems in the cloud as they are with noncloud technology solutions. An organization’s level of
OKB Cloud Computing Business Plan
11
OKB CLOUD COMPUTING
risk and risk profile will in most cases change if cloud solutions are adopted (depending on how
and for what purpose the cloud solutions are used). This is due to the increase or decrease in
likelihood and impact with respect to the risk events (inherent and residual) associated with the
CSP that has been engaged for services.
Some of the typical risks associated with cloud computing are:
Disruptive force
– Facilitating innovation (with increased speed) and the costsavings aspects of cloud
computing can themselves be viewed as risk events for some organizations. By lowering the
barriers of entry for new competitors, cloud computing could threaten or disrupt some business
models, even rendering them obsolete in the future. For example, streaming media over the
Internet was a technology solution that significantly reduced the sales of CDs and DVDs and the
need for physical retail stores. Existing competitors that fully embrace the cloud might be able to
bring new ideas and innovation into their markets faster. Since cloud computing solutions yield
considerable shortterm cost savings due to reduced capital expenditures, an organization
adopting the cloud might be able to extract better margins than its noncloud competitors. Thus,
when an industry member adopts cloud solutions, other organizations in the industry could be
forced to follow suit and adopt cloud computing. Residing in the same risk ecosystem as the
CSP and other tenants of the cloud – When an organization adopts thirdpartymanaged cloud
solutions, new dependency relationships with the CSP are created with respect to legal liability,
the risk universe, incident escalation, incident response, and other areas. The actions of the CSP
and fellow cloud tenants can impact the organization in various ways. Consider the following:
•
Legally, thirdparty cloud service providers and their customer organizations are distinct
enterprises.
However, if the CSP neglects or fails in its responsibilities, it could have legal implications
for the CSP’s customer organizations. But if a cloud customer organization fails in its
responsibilities, it is less likely there would be any legal implications to the CSP.
•
Cloud service providers and their customer organizations are likely to have separate
enterprise risk management (ERM) programs to address their respective universe of perceived
risks. Only in a minority of cases (involving very highdollar contracts) will CSPs attempt to
integrate portions of their ERM programs with those of their customers. The universe of risks
confronting an organization using thirdparty cloud computing is a combination of risks the
individual organization faces along with a subset of the risks that its CSP is facing (discussed
further in Section 5,“Approaching ERM in the Cloud Computing Paradigm”)
10Analysis

  • 4. OKB CLOUD COMPUTING INTRODUCTION This letter of introduction is intended to outline the professionals involved in this great project, as well as give a brief introduction to the project, its timelines, goals, objectives, and expected returns. This project will be under the guidance of our very experienced and dynamic management team, made up of highly specialized and talented individuals, entrepreneurs, and pioneers in this industry. The CEO is Duane Lee, an experienced sales and marketing professional who has lived and worked globally, and been an integral part of projects with a development budget in the hundreds of millions of dollars. He works hand in hand with Deywe Okabe, President, and Chief Strategy Officer, and Gregory Harris, the Chief Operations Officer. Deywe is the founder of OKB Global, and the technology professional. Gregory has more than 30 years’ experience in business development, client management, and financial services. Together, this team makes up a virtual dream team in this development. The focus of this project will be to provide safe, secure, fully featured applications, with flexible access, and programming interfaces, all while remaining competitively priced. We intend to be the leader in this industry, to have the very best applications available for our wide range of clientele. Thank you for taking the time to review this project, we are available to answer any and all questions you may have. We look forward to working with you. OKB Global project is focused on the rapidly emerging telecommunications and energy market in Brazil, with many favorable contributing factors to expedite development. Other factors for Belem Brazil areas of expansion is the impending need to reduce energy consumption and costs. OKB has plans to development our Solar energy division. We also desire to manage and increase exportation of numerous commodities. Our vision is to transform Belem port in to a duty free zone by encouraging government incentives with taxation reductions and exemptions. Pará states rapid development is due to the extraction of minerals such as iron, manganese, niobium, bauxite, copper, gold, aluminum and the formation of the (presal) program the extraction of oil. In November 2013, a report released by the IEA (International Energy Agency) provides that credit to the oil found in the presalt. Brazil will become one of the countries with the largest oil exports in the world. In the near future Brazil will be one of the most important energy producers. It is estimated that by 2035, oil production in Brazil will triple, putting Brazil in the sixth place of the largest oil producers. The Brazilian coast in our region has the perfect location and environment for the emergence of oil refineries. The OKB Global Cloud will simultaneously organize, manage and facilitate the existing soybean production which is the second largest in Brazil and has the largest cattle breeding farms. Production and exports of Brazil nuts and acai, farm raised fish are demanding the emergence of 20 new ports and 18 industrial hubs, The emergence of a new technology center to form a new bloc in the development of railways and maritime being strengthened by political favoritism and paving the way through the OKB Global cloud. OKB Cloud Computing Business Plan 04
  • 5. OKB CLOUD COMPUTING 1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The goal of this BUSINESS PLAN is to present the IMPENDING UNDERLYING DEMAND for this project as well as stating all of the project's objectives. When business, universities, individuals and government agencies adopt cloud services, they are more productive, innovate better and operate with greater agility. As a nation, Brazil is well placed to take advantage of cloud computing for a range of reasons – including a stable socio economic system, a strong rule of law and a highly diverse and skilled Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. At the individual level there are few organizations across the economy that have implemented innovative cloud computing services. Brazil lags behind their counterparts in Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) countries in the use of online technology. This places these organizations at a competitive disadvantage, which could be overcome through the use of cloud computing services. One reason for this has been insufficient access to the necessary infrastructure to support sophisticated cloud services. The relatively slow download or upload speeds in many parts of Brazil have limited the adoption of cloud services. OKB Global Information will change this and is a key enabler of the Digital economy more broadly. There are other reasons that cloud computing has not been adopted more generally in Brazil, including a lack of awareness of how to make best use of cloud computing and a lack of confidence that some organizations and individuals have in adopting cloud computing services. However, as the cloud services market continues to evolve, users and providers of cloud services must remain responsive to change. Likewise, OKB will continue to adapt its strategy in response to market and technological changes. 1. Maximizing the value of cloud computing Goal: OKB Global Information will be a leader in the use of cloud services to achieve greater efficiency, generate greater value from ICT investment, deliver better services and support a more agile public sector. The cloud allows companies to make fast and costeffective capacity adjustments, scaling up and down depending upon traffic, seasonality and business need. • Greater Business Agility. Cloud enables companies to react to shifting workplace and staffing demand. • Flexible pricing structures. Cloud providers offer customers creative and flexible pricing options, such as tiered allacarte pricing, making it easier to tailor solutions to a business’s needs and match value.• Fast time to deployment. Cloud eliminates the need to purchase new systems and load new applications, or compete with other projects for IT resources, thereby enabling applications to be up and running more quickly. • Reduced system maintenance and management costs. Cloud requires less maintenance and management from IT, allowing resources to be reallocated to other projects in the business. • Lowrisk ability to start up or move or expand. Capacity and applications can be added without risking existing business plans. Additionally, some solution providers offer riskfree trials. • Flexible staffing can lower operating expenses. Cloud enables companies to be nimble with staffing plans using different strategies to optimize staff, including using lowercost locations such as off shoring or home shoring, but away from corporate, or using athome workers with flexible schedules and ability to work short hours rather than full days. Company's goal is to dominate our untapped advertising market as follows: We will Provide over 100 Gigabytes Data Storage service for free, obligating our clients to receive advertising on their smartphone, tablet, or PC, with the option to eliminate by electing prepaid or fixed payment option. Enterprises are prioritizing how to get cloud platforms integrated with legacy systems to make use of the years of data they have accumulated. From legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, integrating legacy systems of record to cloudbased platforms will accelerate through 2016. I’ve seen this in conversations with resellers and enterprise customers, and this trend is also reflected in Gartner’s latest report on public cloud computing adoption, Forecast Overview: Public Cloud Services, Worldwide, 20112016, 4Q12 Update Published: 8 February 2013. Global spending on public cloud services is expected to grow 18.6% in 2012 to $110.3B, achieving a CAGR of 17.7% from 2011 through 2016. The total market is expected to grow from $76.9B in 2010 to $210B in 2016. The following is an analysis of the public cloud services market size and annual growth rates: 8 Project Background In today’s challenging economic climate, a growing number of organizations require more capable and flexible IT resources; they also need to reduce costs. OKB will design, develop and implement a hybrid cloud data centre which is a combination of public and private clouds. Businesses in highly regulated industries (banking, universities and government agencies) with compliance requirements regarding data residency (“Internet Bill of Rights”) can leverage the OKB Cloud Computing Business Plan 10

S.based data center providers in the country: Equinix (who acquired local provider ALOG), Level 3 Communications (via its acquisition of Global Crossing) and Verizon (via Terremark), according to the report. Key submarkets include São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. São Paulo represents the largest data center market in South America, accounting for 50 percent of capacity in Brazil – approximately 450,000 operational square feet. Financial institutions, multinational firms, and e commerce companies drive the demand here. Barueri, located near the stock exchange, is also emerging as the new data center centric area. OKB Global will implement the much needed cloud in Belem being a metropolis with the population of about 7 million people, 50 campuses, 10 000 schools, approximately 12,000 business establishments, 32 000 lawyers, 22 industries, 600 vocational courses, 1 international airport, 20 large supermarkets, and with the reduction of costs of Internet and data centre servers would be the first step forward for already present future farms. Exports of Brazil nuts and acai, farm raised fish are demanding the emergence of new 20 ports and 18 industrial hubs, and emergence of a new technology center to form a new bloc in the exploitation of railways and maritime, being strengthened by political favoritism and paving the way through the OKB Global cloud.P roject Risk Management – Integrated Framework :“Risk is the possibility that an event will occur and adversely affect the achievement of objectives.” The types of risks (e.g., security, integrity, availability, and performance) are the same with systems in the cloud as they are with noncloud technology solutions. An organization’s level of OKB Cloud Computing Business Plan 11
  • 12. OKB CLOUD COMPUTING risk and risk profile will in most cases change if cloud solutions are adopted (depending on how and for what purpose the cloud solutions are used). This is due to the increase or decrease in likelihood and impact with respect to the risk events (inherent and residual) associated with the CSP that has been engaged for services. Some of the typical risks associated with cloud computing are: Disruptive force – Facilitating innovation (with increased speed) and the costsavings aspects of cloud computing can themselves be viewed as risk events for some organizations. By lowering the barriers of entry for new competitors, cloud computing could threaten or disrupt some business models, even rendering them obsolete in the future. For example, streaming media over the Internet was a technology solution that significantly reduced the sales of CDs and DVDs and the need for physical retail stores. Existing competitors that fully embrace the cloud might be able to bring new ideas and innovation into their markets faster. Since cloud computing solutions yield considerable shortterm cost savings due to reduced capital expenditures, an organization adopting the cloud might be able to extract better margins than its noncloud competitors. Thus, when an industry member adopts cloud solutions, other organizations in the industry could be forced to follow suit and adopt cloud computing. Residing in the same risk ecosystem as the CSP and other tenants of the cloud – When an organization adopts thirdpartymanaged cloud solutions, new dependency relationships with the CSP are created with respect to legal liability, the risk universe, incident escalation, incident response, and other areas. The actions of the CSP and fellow cloud tenants can impact the organization in various ways. Consider the following: • Legally, thirdparty cloud service providers and their customer organizations are distinct enterprises. However, if the CSP neglects or fails in its responsibilities, it could have legal implications for the CSP’s customer organizations. But if a cloud customer organization fails in its responsibilities, it is less likely there would be any legal implications to the CSP. • Cloud service providers and their customer organizations are likely to have separate enterprise risk management (ERM) programs to address their respective universe of perceived risks. Only in a minority of cases (involving very highdollar contracts) will CSPs attempt to integrate portions of their ERM programs with those of their customers. The universe of risks confronting an organization using thirdparty cloud computing is a combination of risks the individual organization faces along with a subset of the risks that its CSP is facing (discussed further in Section 5,“Approaching ERM in the Cloud Computing Paradigm”) 10Analysis of Competitors At this time OKB has no direct competition. Belem has immense need for the new and improved OKB Global cloud to deliver fast and reliable Internet, Cell Phone service, data storage and manage all telecommunication networks. 11Business Operations a.
