• Assets worth about £140 billion
• Reclassifying housing associations, taking them out of the public sector –

• South West – of initial £4.7bn grant, £85m allocated to deliver more than
5,500 homes
• Since added a further 2,720 homes with £25.2m grant funding attached
through Continuous Market Engagement
• Seeking to maximise affordable housing delivery in region by building a
healthy pipeline of opportunities

development programme for 2019 – 2020 and
beyond. What are your aspirations?
What can we deliver? Think about off-the-shelf purchases, empty homes,
additional units on sites with S106 requirement and acquisitions
