• DLS will work with Affiliate Chapters to roll program to membership
•Your members can enroll at no cost and there are no monthly minimums
• Your members will receive a pre-approved line of credit and get direct access our
online Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Your members will have online access to preferred rates from over 100 qualified
carriers providing nationwide range and reach along with a variety of special
concessions that have been negotiated for print industry shippers
The rates we offer are stronger than; Echo, Blue Grace, Freightquote and Unishippers (by far) and
stronger than MOST direct pricing programs
DLS Worldwide’s carrier network can handle domestic USA freight and freight that moves both to and
from the Canadian provinces

12. Administrative Details
• DLS and PIM will administer the program from Minneapolis
• DLS and PIM have executed a non-disclosure agreement that prohibits
DLS from sharing any customer information with RR Donnelly
• Rebates will be calculated on a quarterly basis and your affiliate
chapter will receive 2% of your members collective freight spend
• Payment terms are net 30 (unless otherwise requested by your
members) and DLS Worldwide will bill your members directly

13. Interest Next-Steps
Affiliate chapters must sign a one-page agreement acknowledging
that you will actively promote the program:
1. Affiliate will provide members with initial roll out letter
2. Affiliate will provide DLS with a chapter directory or
membership roster

Quarterly Updates – if possible
Invitation to present at your function(s) - if feasible
