The Beginning
• Founded as Rainbow Academy by Guy & Julia
Falzarano in 1997.
• Ten original employees 5 of which were Guy, Julia
and their three sons Louis, Guy, and David.
• Iselin center: located two blocks from Metro Park
train station.
• With 5,000 square feet and a maximum capacity of
100 children, it took off with great success.

Rainbow Academy
Nineteen years ago, my goals were to:
 Create a company that would stand out
 Provide great customer service
 Bring the community together through an
inclusive, welcoming family environment
 Foster the education and development of young
children

We’re Growing
• Prior to 2011 - Co-ownership growth model
• Over 40 individual investors
• 2011 - Launched the Franchise Company

• 2016 – 25 centers operating NJ, NY & PA.
 Jule Management Group – 12 Affiliated franchises
 Currently we have 68 unaffiliated franchisees
 16 Centers to open in 2017
 Employing over 500 staff members
 Serving over 3700 children ages 6 weeks –
