3. Business is nothing but an exchange
between two or more people
 it is simple, isn't it?
 Yes, it's very simple but people can misunderstand it.
 Business is simple and easy when it is honest. In result of that
people involved is benefited. The rule "it gains-it gains“.
 Identify a need and supply a solution with a product or service.
 There is no mystery in this action, is it just honest job and the correct
calculation about the gains and losses between two sides.
 A clear and objective presentation and that ensure profits for two
sides.

5. And what is profit for my client?
 If you think that profit is only a financial resource, you are wrong.
 The profit might be a infinity of different returns, financial or not. In
many cases are two, emotional and financial.
 Emotional: Career, family, social status.
 Financial: Payment, Benefits, Bonus, return of investments, payback
e etc.
 However, the motivation to financial profits is only to buy emotional
profits.
 But why? Simple, because we are emotional creatures, our bases
are relationships that we made for to have returns of pleasures
hormonals that build the emotional memories.
 So, we conclude that the profit we expect is always emotional.
