WALLET Rules for Participation
• Create a tagline that expresses your personal goal re-
lated to Continuous Improvement in Safety using three
words or less.
• Submit you tagline with your name, email, and cellular
phone number by way of: ,OR
VELCRO BASE 1. Posting it in the NSC Congress and Expo LinkedIn discussion
TO REPLACE group.
OUR MESSAGE 2. Handing it with your business card to one of the MP Media
WITH YOURS team members at the Expo.
• You must give permission for MP Media to award the
jersey to you on video.
• Submission deadline at 12pm on Tuesday, November 1.
• Winners must be present to accept the free Jersey on
Wednesday, November 2nd at the Expo location at a
mutually agreeable time between noon and 4PM.
• Three customized velcro jersey patches with the win-
ner’s tagline will be sent to him/her 14 days after the
jersey has been awarded.
•
Patches are to support existing art specifications of MP
media.
