                             Any potential business opportunity must be analyzed and
                             scrutinized before one embarks on their entry.

                             opportunity are examined, doing this correctly reduces the
                             entrepreneurs risk of beginning on a new venture that

                             As the heading implies, a terrific business plan can be

        Markets consists of buyers, not products. If a group of people want to
        buy and have the ability to buy your products or services in order to
        satisfy their needs and wants, then this is a market. An industry
        consists of sellers. These are companies that offer products or
        services that are similar to one another and can substitute for one
        another.

        What is important here is to consider if your potential market is
        attractive or not?

        Entrepreneurs are notorious for only looking at the overall Big
        Picture of a market instead of looking at it from On the Ground. Both
        are important for survival in the highly lucrative Emerging Markets.
        Looking at the overall market attractiveness from an airplane view is
        all great, but we also need to match our findings with those from the
        ground, and we enable you to do that within this module.

        An industry consists of sellers. These are companies that offer products or
        services that are similar to one another and can substitute for one another.

        Just as serious entrepreneurs prefer to serve attractive markets, they also
        prefer to compete in industries in which most participants are successful and
        profitable, rather than in industries where firms are struggling to survive.
        Serious market entrants will prefer to compete on the basis of some
        distinctive sustainable advantages that their competitors do not enjoy.

        Assessing the 5 external forces is at the heart of determining your industry’s
        attractiveness. Within this module, we enable you as to how to conduct a five
