○ Self-organizing during sprint.

○ Normally 1 week or daily, weekend.
○ Let’s the kids self-organize.
○ Set a goal and an incentive.
○ Set time to do ‘Sprint task’.
○ Let the kids manage their tasks on the board.

○ Daily, time-boxed meetings. (normally 15 minutes)
○ Three questions:
■ What did you do yesterday?
■ What will you do today?
