Executive Summary
Indiana University students make up a campus of sports fanatics. Our plan is
to bring awareness to the product, have students engage with the product
and ultimately purchase the product.
SWOT Analysis
Strengths
o Good price (even cheaper if you split it with a roommate)
o Package comes with Sunday Ticket, Red Zone and Fantasy Zone
o Can be streamed on many devices
Weaknesses
o Only one person can use the account at once
o You can add players, but not your whole fantasy team unless you play
on NFL.com
Opportunities
o Freshman do not have access to cable/satellite in the dorms
Threats
o Xfinity has tables/tents all over campus
o Some fraternities already have Sunday Ticket
o People may already have Xfinity or Verizon’s version
o Students may not want to purchase the add ons (Xbox, HDMI,
Chromecast, Roku, ect.)
Objectives
Spread the word that NFL Sunday Ticket can be streamed without
cable/satellite
Get students to sign up
Have students interact with the product

You don’t need to have DirectTV just a computer or tablet to stream it on.
You can add your fantasy team and receive updates on them.
The price is even better if you and your roommate(s) want to split it.
