Drone Use
1. Civil Drones
a. Use
i. Recreational
ii. Semi-professional
iii. Professional
1. Photo-video-film (advertising, cinema, promotion of
touristsites ......)
Perspectives and unique angles, panoramas of up to
180 ° or 360 °, ease of implementation combined with
rapid intervention make this drone a real asset.
2. Building-architecture-real-estate supervision
From site’s demolition to its development, from
excavation to cranes installation, endless number of

lorries, materials, structuralwork finishes, thedrone
will be best positioned at each step, favoring best
angles and seeking the mostrepresentative details of
work in progress.
The images can be used to inform customers of the
work in progress butalso for an architect or
construction manager to see his office work in
progress and compliance. There is a possibility to
accurately photograph and reconstructinto 3D -
mapping – of up to cm close
3. Surveying and Cartography
Measures used in mines and quarries
4. Individualor professionalpromotion of property
If you want to sell your property - aerial shots can
supplement views from inside and outside the house
providing a virtual tour and demonstrating main
strengths of the place and its surroundings. This can
savetime for those who are not interested and
capture potential candidates avoiding the waste of
time for useless visits
5. Prevention
Organization of evacuation plans for industrialzones
6. Insurance
Rapid determination of actual damage after natural
disasters for ex. Fire - review of the damaged roof;
flood - review of damaged banks and locks; wind –
assessing thedamage of forests; animals - assessment
of damage caused by herds or prey…..
7. Security Service
The police may film protesters and identify rioters, as
well as spray teargas (Drone-Volt) in countries where
its application is allowed.
The drone enters a dangerous place and films
intrenched people - the police then evaluates forces

and their arsenaland assesses therisks of
intervention in case of hostagetaking for example
Rescue forces can send a drone with sensors to
determine in case of an industrial accident or a
train/truck crash, whether toxic fumes or explosion
hazards arepresent(using a drone ATEX ) (Xamen).
In countries wherenight useis allowed - border
control services, prisons, detention centers or refugee
camps can monitor during day and night using the
droneequipped with infrared cameras, battery and a
cable connecting it to the ground (Elistair)
PRESENTATION
World Drone-Academy SPRL, created in July 2016 by:
 Wautelet Dominique, graduated in law, has sold her company ERS-
Academy, approved by the Federal Public ServiceMobility - company
involved in training and therefore in safety of collective transportation
(people and merchandise)
She decided to make a new challenge
The use of drones is a trend but it should correspond to the legislation. Also,
drones should aim "security" and an objective "matching the demands of
sectors for business implications"
The year 2016 was devoted to the setting up of collaborations and contacts in
order to acknowledgethe objectives of this company with multiple dimensions.

Trainings
The drone is trendy ...
But in reality, droneis only a carrier; what is really interesting is a technical
solution that will be used in the professions impacted by this technological
revolution (maintenance, construction, etc.)
This practical usebrings innovations and opportunities, which in the upcoming
months will develop new trades and create employment.
This is the reason why the WD-Academy offers a number of trainings based on
severalyears’ experience of the drone performance center in France. This will
allow professionals appropriatetheadded value of dronein their profession in
Belgiumand the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as well as with local partners
abroad http://www.pixiel-formation.com

Belgium is lagging behind the neighboring countries becauseof the lateness of
the legislation in this area.
But we can catch up, if not overcomethis delay by relying on know-how that
have already proved itself for many years.
We are launching the Phase 1 consisting of more than 15 trainings to meet the
expectations of both professionals and sectors.
We will be partners with the company, always ready to accompany the project
integrating a drone, and to make surethat our droneexpertise contributes
trainee requirements and the company that hires him/her.
Through these trainings, we shall respond to the values defended by the Ecole
du Métier du Droneto become a reference in professional remote-piloting:
 Mutual respect of the employee, the company and the professionalcode
of ethics
 Listening andunderstanding of needs -> appropriatetraining solutions
 Quality of trainings:
o Choice of speakers (pedagogicalskills - technical culture of the
aeronautical world - professionalexperience)
o Teaching methods
o Technology evolution (drones and software)
o Adaptability
 Our ambition: to create a long-term partnership with our learners to
help them develop skills adapted to the needs of the field using skills
revalorization trainings due to technological evolution
 Our know-how: quality learning within a team of expert trainers
 Flexibility andadaptation: trainings in our center, in the regions or
within companies, adapted to specific profession needs (targeting
training according to activity - the experience of people in the group and
their function - company issues...)
We have chosen the “Ecole des métiers du drone” (6 training centers in France)
for its expertise in the field of surveillance, security and multimedia.

For the Dutch-speaking part, it is currently essential that trainings are given by
Dutch-nativespeakers.
An agreement has been reached with DroneVolt Benelux who will use the
trainings against 25% fee in their classrooms in Zaventem and will afterwards
organizetraining courses in the Netherlands (2nd
semester of 2017)
An agreement has been reached with the Grolet school for the Grand Duchy of
Luxembourg: a company known for its proficiency in safety courses.

MISSIONS
1. Industrial domain
Propose"drone" missions by renting drones, remote pilots and insurance
The domain of technical expertise to provide data, analyze, diagnose and make
recommendations is more promising in areas as diverse as the monitoring of
large networks, agriculture, mapping, etc.
Before the acquisition of a drone, we must firstchoosethe core activity in
which we want to evolve, becauseeach machine has its own characteristics
and is not necessarily able to fill any type of missions. Outsourcersexpectmore
and more a resultready to be exploited. In this context, the mastering of a
dronerepresents a simple part of its new profession.
Hence why not to order a mission to see if the result matches the expectation.
Many companies or administrations seem to prefer this form of order which
has the advantageof not having the expenses related to the purchaseand
maintenance of drones corresponding to various missions and expenses related
to the personnelto be trained in this field.
Itis also possibleto act as a subcontractor for police officers and security forces
compared to a realistic period of notice (24h min).
We currently have 6 pilots - experts in their domain.
2. Events
Study and realization of droneintegration in scenography for privateor
public events in collaboration with the Pixiel group www.pixiel.com

MARKETING
We have marketing agreements with manufacturers:
Xamen currently has the only ATEX (Explosive atmosphere) (// ADR)
droneallowing to evolvein "Seveso" environmentwith a risk of
explosion (gas-petroleum-chemicalindustry ...)
Elistair represents a wireless manufacturer (cable is connecting a
battery to the ground to supply a dronein the stationary position)
 Dronevolt Benelux
DroneVolt is a drone distributor specialized in the field of
multimedia
EXPORT
2. Export
Establishment of a major distributor for the Middle East: through
the Seter distribution network (Beirut): Gino Yazbeck.
