2 Minutes: The Minutes of the members meeting from 23 of April 2012 were read by Mary Q. It was decided that
there was no need for further discussion about being respectful when a speaker is in as we have two rooms so
the speaker could use one room away from distractions.
3 Members Decision: It was also decided to use a sign to let people know when the speaker is in so that they are
aware and don’t create distractions.
4 June Speaker: It was decided to invite a speaker from M.A.B.S to come in to Gateway.
5 Members Decision: Members agreed to have a planning day with the youth group to make decisions about the
new premises. Dates to be confirmed.
6 New Premises: Members discussed various ideas for the new premises – There was a discussion about privacy
and it was agreed that it should be discussed again at a later date.
7 Rights and Responsibilities: There was a discussion about the rights and responsibilities of Gateway members
to ensure that it is a member led project in which people participate and also feel supported. This will be
discussed further at the next members meeting.
8 A.O.B It was suggested that in drop in there should be low fat milk and full fat milk. It was also suggested that
buying coffee creamer would be a good idea.

Meetings Matter. People were advised to fill forms out if interested.
