I have over 20 years of experience in management: supervising
employees daily work activities, and overseeing job performance.
This also includes time scheduling, hiring, firing, training, and
mentoring. I also maintained an inventory that totaled from $300K
to $500K, and handled all purchasing and receiving, expediting,
sales, customer relations, and research. I have experience with
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I was part of the
development team that helped create the specific guidelines for
employment at one of the dealerships where I was employed. I
also created definitive protocol and procedures for the parts
department. I have the ability to adapt to any given situation to
create a positive outcome.
In addition to management, I’ve been an ACA designated and
licensed all lines Florida Adjuster for eleven years and licensed in
several other states, as well. I have taken numerous classes in
adjusting, catastrophe/daily claims training, building anatomy,
