· Managing the ledger Split to 70% under 30 days and 30% over 90 day debt
· Arrange monthly meetings withour OU Business unit to ensure the 90days debt is to a minimum of

· Identifying actions to ensure any invoices in the 30-60days old is prevented from becoming 90days old.

back to debt chasing, this is a more challenging role working on the larger accounts.The larger 150+
accounts have no orders on stop, no reminders and very rarely go legal and are essential to have a good
working relationship with the customer to encourage them to pay by terms.
· Reducing the DSO (DaysSale Outstanding) 2011 reduced the DSOby 5 days
· Reducing 90day debt to 20k in 2011 forTrade & Key with the target value 25k
· Chasing invoicesfrom £200.00 to 250k+

· Conference calls with customers or visits at the customer or a visit to the office.
