 Only Belgium based Club teams
 Guest Club (eg., Optimists, Heerlen) can’t enter

• An Umpire must be a member of a Club
 No independent umpires are allowed

 T20 & League – Must be provided by the Home Team
(Ground owner)

 Single umpire allotted : 150% will be paid

 Car: 0.30 EUR/km (based on google maps +/- 10 km)

15. BCF Balls
• New Balls
 T20 : 2 extra balls
 League : 2 extra balls
• Any unused balls after the season
 Give at the end of season meeting.
 BCF office will adjust the cost in the last invoice along
with umpire cost

16. Insurance
• Insurance is NOT based on CricHQ count.
• Based on blocks of 20.
• A Club which represents a team in League
 Charged for 20 players at the start of the season.
(20*6 = 120 EUR)
• At the end of the season the count will be
revalidated based on CricHQ statistics.
 Player count = 16, Charge: 20*6=120 EUR
 Player count = 21, Charge: 40*6=240 EUR

20. New Clubs
• Friendly games (Roesalaar)
 Players registered in CricHQ
 BCF Annual Fee must be paid
 Scorecard uploaded in CricHQ
 50% of the games must be umpired by BCF
recognized officials
• LC and BCF EC will consider the new club inclusion
at end of the year
• Need insurance for your members
 Contact BCF office
 Will be charged in blocks of 20
• Clubs which do not pay Annual Fee will be
considered as New Club for the next season
(Mechelen CC, Heerlen CC)

21. Take over of a Club
• Take over of a Club (including players) is allowed.
• Greens will play in Division 3 in 2016
 This is considered as a complete take over
• Articles of Association/Bye laws will be adapted to
clearly state this.

22. Star Players
• Two teams from the same club in the same division
 AICC-1 and AICC-2 is allowed to play in Division 3
 11 star players identified can only play for AICC-1
 Rule is applicable to any Club to represent 2 teams in
a division
• Two teams from the same club in different division
 4 Star Players (identified based on CricHQ statistics)
 2 players are allowed in the second team per game.
• Allowed only to play for 50% of the games
• Penalty for violation: Forfeit (irrespective of the
result) and a fine of 100 EUR

23. Umpires Criteria
• A Club which represents a team in T20 and League
in the BCF competition must provide at least 8 BCF
recognized umpires.
 Eg., A Club can provide 2 umpire in T20 and 6 in
league.
• When a Club represents a team in T20 cup and 2
teams in the League, then they need to provide
umpires for 12 BCF recognized umpires.
• Penalty : 60 EUR/fixture

24. Junior Program
• Division 1 and Division 2 must have active Junior
Program / Initiatives
• Junior League
 Separate team
 Junior Players must be registered in CricHQ
 Scorecard must be uploaded in CricHQ

25. Rained off Fixture
• Genuine attempt must be made once to reschedule
• Upon rescheduled date also it couldn’t be played
 Points equivalent of draw (12.5 points) will be given
to both the teams.
 Reschedule must be completed before the completion
period.
 Couldn’t get dates/organize
• Considered “No Result” (no points)

26. Forfeits
• For forfeit, 2.5 points bonus points will be given
• Team which gets the forfeit will get 20 points for a
win + 2.5 bonus points = 22.5 points
• Team which forfeits gets a penalty of 20 points

27. Dedicated Scorer
• Division 1
 Home Team : CricHQ App (online / offline)
 Away Team : Score book
• Division 2 – Division 4
 Home Team: CricHQ App/Score book
 Away Team: CricHQ App/Score book
• Dedicated scorer per innings is allowed in both T20
& League.
• Penalty : 2 points
• NOTE:
 Please don’t bring juniors (<=10 age) and claim as dedicated scorer

28. Net Run Rate
• Net Run Rate calculation = Total Runs taken/# of
overs allotted overs – Total Runs conceded/#
of overs bowled

29. Dress code
• Only whites are allowed in T20 & League
• National Team Clothing are not allowed
(exception: cap)

30. ICC Rules & Regulations
• By Runner
 A runner for a batsman is not allowed
• Power Play
• Leg side wides
 Umpires are advised to follow strict guidelines
 Umpires will be consistent for both the teams and
throughout the competition
• No balls
 Bails knocked off during run up of a bowler is a “No
ball”
 A short pitched ball passing above head when the
striker is upright is a “WIDE” and not a “No ball”
