Level Percentage Applicable All 8.33% of the CTC Service Taxes Extra as applicable. SkyInfosys shall provide a Free Replacement if a candidate chooses to leave within 90 Days from the Date of joining. Validity period for profiles which is sent by SkyInfosys is 6 months TERMS & CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO NEGOTIATIONS You shall let us know any interaction / correspondence you may have with the candidates referred by us till the final appointment. We shall be entitled to our professional fees if the candidate interviewed and initially rejected by you is subsequently appointed within a period of 6 months from the date of meeting. We shall also be entitled to our professional fee if candidate sent by us are approached directly, interviewed and subsequently selected by you within a period of 6 months from the date of meeting.
  10. 10.  Service – SkyInfosys will, as per the Clients request, source, and screen and introduces candidates to be employed by the Client. Confidentiality – SkyInfosys considers all information received from the Client to be confidential and would only use it on our Clients instructions to help in the selection process. At the same time, SkyInfosys respects and honours confidential information provided to us by candidates. Guarantee – SkyInfosys offers a guarantee of 90 days from the date the candidate starts their employment with the Client. If a SkyInfosys candidate leaves the Client’s company for any reason (other than redundancy) within the guarantee period, SkyInfosys will undertake to replace that candidate provided the fee is paid within the terms of payment. Indemnity – SkyInfosys endeavours to provide accurate background on candidate’s qualifications and experience. However these details are based on the information made available to us by candidates and referees and, because of this, no responsibility can be accepted for errors, omissions or incorrect conclusions. Whilst SkyInfosys endeavours to submit candidates that are suitable for Client needs, SkyInfosys cannot accept liability on behalf of ourselves, our servants or agents for any loss of damage or other costs, irrespective of how they are caused, which a Client may suffer if, or for which, a Client may become liable arising out of or in connection with that introduction of our candidates to a Client. Invoicing – The invoice for services rendered will be raised after 45 days of candidate joining date. Service Tax: Service Tax and Cess is applicable on all professional fees as per the current Finance Act. Payment terms – 60 days from the date candidate joins in. Deferred Hiring / Third Party Employment – Introductions effected by SkyInfosys are strictly confidential. If a Client passes on a candidate or details of a candidate introduced by SkyInfosys to a third party within 6 months of SkyInfosys’s introduction, the Client is liable for the appropriate Permanent placement fee as specified above.
